Regus River park center in Portland is…
Regus River park center in Portland is the best. I’m a small cpa firm & my clients always comment how nice the facilities are and how friendly the front desk is. Although I’m just a virtual client now (I’ve leased here for ~10yrs), they gave me great room for the day. Thanks RPC!

The company is not supportive or proactive in supporting customers.
The company is not supportive in securing available parking for customers and their clients during active summer months. There have been multiple issues within the building; plumbing, and most currently the air conditioning that is not working.

Hello Margie,
I understand that you’re disappointed, and I’d like to help.
We work hard to ensure our customers have availability to park when visiting the centre. Our River Park centre, Portland is on a riverside location with many visitors; we cannot always guarantee available.
There was a short incident with the plumbing due to a leak on the first floor. The repairs occurred during working hours but this was planned by the building owners so we could not adjust the times; we’re sorry for any inconvenience this caused but appreciate that you’re happy that this is now resolved.
Should any issues arise with the air conditioning, we’ve worked hard to have repairs take place immediately but again, this is managed by a third-party so we cannot control any delays. We have always offered the option to relocate to other centres during these short periods.
I have escalated your comments to the relevant teams and am making enquiries to put the matter right. You are also welcome to discuss these situations directly with your local Community Manager, who will be in touch.
