Be careful when you signing contracts…
Be careful when you signing contracts with Regus. The promise free internet which is not true. I paid $12 for internet which 90% of the time doesn't. The worst part is I gave them 60 days notice before I moved and handed them the keys. They continue to charge me the rest of the contract which is equivalent to the down payment which they did not return. The idea of clean the office space is removing trash. The charge me for coffee, I never drink or request for packages- they claimed it automatically become part of package if select you don't need. Till now they can show me in the contract to say I can break the contract if I purchase a property for my business. Before contract with Regus look at other options

It's surprising to see your comments, as you raised no such concerns during your time with us.
Business-grade broadband is included at no extra cost, and customers who require additional bandwidth and an extra layer of security can add our Priority Internet service.
As part of our customer policy, we provide quality teas, coffee, milk, sugar, glassware and cutlery to all customers that they can enjoy along with their guests.
The service is optional, and the one charge you received for it was credited back to your account when you opted out of the service.
You signed a 12-month agreement with us and moved out before it ended.
Please understand that the agreement you chose and accepted is a formal business commitment that needs to be honoured.
We would like to part ways on a positive note but the current payment situation needs to be resolved.
