I would not recommend this facility based on my experience.
The room that was advertised online was not the room I received. After I signed the contract and completed all of the paperwork, I arrived to pick up my keys only to discover that the room was significantly different from what had been advertised. When I questioned management, I was told that the online advertisement was “AI generated,” which is not an acceptable explanation for misleading advertising.
During the year I was there, I experienced numerous issues, including leaks in the ceiling, lack of available staff, being locked out of the building, internet outages, malfunctioning key access, and an overall inability to get assistance. Phone calls and emails often went unanswered, making it extremely difficult to resolve even basic concerns.
Over the course of my stay, I estimate that I encountered major access or service problems at least 15 to 20 times. There were repeated occasions when I could not access the building, use the app, reach staff, or utilize amenities that I was paying for.
Overall, this was one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had. The lack of communication, poor maintenance, misleading advertising, and ongoing operational issues made it feel like a complete waste of both my time and money. I strongly encourage potential renters to do their research and ask detailed questions before signing any agreement.
