Regus, Dynasty Business Park, Andheri Kurla Road, JB Nagar, Andheri , Mumbai, India : AVOID THIS PREMISES AT ANY COST, AS IT IS HIGHLY MISMANAGED WITH RUDE STAFF AND COMPLETE DEFICIENCY IN SERVICES. Those who are looking for shared office space should avoid this messy and mismanaged property named REGUS, located at Dynasty Business Park, Andheri Kurla Road, Chalaka. For the last 3 months the aircon for 402 B, office worked in uncontrolled manner causing severe freeze condition inside the office, which caused health issues to the office staff. The aircon is supposed to have centralised control. The matter was brought to the notice of local staff, who did not bother to address the issue for 3 months, and now the air-con has completely stopped functioning, causing us to sit in stuffy rooms in this hot summer. After escalating the matter to multiple teams, the staff woke up to undertake the repair but are unable to commit to any timeline, as they have a very lengthy process. Highly disturbing office atmosphere due to inefficiency of managing staff. Only lip services are offered for repairs. Trying to get an update from the staff is met with rude responses or with statement ' vendor will come', as if they are doing us a favour. Previously for 6 months, in our 10-seater office, 402B , we has had dirty water seepage from the floor above. Water droplets are continuously falling on the people sitting in the office. The ceiling panels are discoloured now. The floor is wet, and the room has become unhygienic due to the damp floor and falling powder from the ceiling. The management of property has turned a blind eye to resolving the long-pending issue and offers only 'lip service' to 'look into the matter'. The property management is only interested in collecting rent and is least bothered about the unresolved issue faced by us for 6 months. After 7 months, post escalating the matter to the Regus global team, the local team woke up and started the restoration works. THIS IS A PUBLIC ADDRESS TO AVOID EXPLORING AN OFFICE SPACE IN THIS MESSY AND MISMANAGED PROPERTY BY AN INCOMPETENT AGENCY CALLED REGUS. WE ARE PAYING THE RENT, WHICH IS HIGHER THAN THE MARKET, IN A TIMELY MANNER and ARE CONSIDERING MOVING OUT OF THIS MESSY PLACE.

I’m sorry to hear about your disappointing experience but please allow me to clarify.
The regular maintenance of our facilities, in all Regus locations, as well as the welfare of all visitors, customers and staff members, is extremely important to us.
While we acknowledge that there were issues in the past, both the air conditioning and water leakage concerns have now been resolved, and we have kept you informed of the progress.
While I understand your request for an additional air conditioning controller in your office, the system is centrally controlled and we are therefore unable to provide this.
