I'd been asking several times
I'd been asking several times for office Sanitary Permit - a requirement to renew my business permit, and I haven't received any. I'd been calling as well and emailing, no response either.
Update 05/15/2024:
A Manager called me last week and was upset regarding this, told her to call me back again when she’s calmed down then she told me that she will send me the documents been waiting for a week, so i called regus one-ecom yesterday again and told me they will send and I even email to customer service, and upto now I haven’t received any documents on e-mail. Last year the service was better and now the Service is getting horrible.
