One of the worst experiences ever
One of the worst experiences ever
I joined Regus this July and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience.
The office itself was inconvenient to use — meeting rooms cost an extra £150 to use, the office closes at 5:30, and the toilets are outside the office area, meaning you have to somehow make sure the main door doesn’t close behind you when you leave to use them.
The staff wasn’t particularly helpful, and my visit was apparently not even registered properly.
When I later received another bill another month that I’m not going to use, I explained that I had been unhappy with the service. Customer support responded that because their system doesn’t show that I visited the office, my complaint doesn’t apply to the account and I still have to pay according to their terms.
Overall, the whole customer experience has been extremely disappointing. I’m now looking at paying around £400 in total for essentially one visit that I was very unhappy with.
I definitely won’t be using Regus again.

I am out Regus after 20 Years
I am out Regus after 20 Years, hidden fees on new contracts. No more emails to see contract will come to end. They just send an email with price increase. Activation fee £55.00 For new contact not advised
As was told it was£15.00 then a mistake in fact £50.00. £35,00 fee to refurb desk??? Not done as same desk! ASAP and no refunds. Nothing was done... Nothing and why been at same desk in suite for 6 years. I am done for good. Never again!
Its all about not saying and taking.
Avoid this center at all costs!
The center manager mailed me to say I get my £55.00 if I delete my Trustpilot review!
This place is not worth the £575.00 per month co working desk or price for an office too.
Even the replies are false, as a new agreement was made not a duplicate. Its just a cover up on any complaint.
This center is dated:-
Never sign a 12 month agreement here, as nothing gets repaired and the center is dated. Even in winter time the landlord turn off the heating in common areas and the rest rooms to save money on costs.
As one blind was supposed to be fixed 6 year ago in 110.
If you their teh Manager will say there is special offer for a 12 month agreement.
You have to give 90 notice to the end of the 12 month agreement if not you will get automatically extended for another 12 months.
With a month to month you have to give 30 days notice to the end of the follwing month.
The billings are pure cash flow lush for Regus as you pay upfront per month.
they do not say this on signing.
You get billed on the 30th and have to pay for the following month by the 15th. If late you get charged and extra £75.00 late fee.
They do not mention the extras of priority internet £11.00 an extra cost and free tea and coffee cost £35.00 plus VAT of course.
Avoid this center at all cost.
Go to Malven Office centeror the Pavillion High Street Kensington as agreements and services better. I am taking an office pod at Pavillion Office center month month £900 per month and will sit out my term at Regus too as only 10 months to exit and never to come back!
This center will close down anyhow, as new center is in the new complex for IWG at Olympia.

The reception is extremely helpful!
The reception is extremely helpful and warm, and always smiling. I am always booking that Regus as I feel so welcomed by the staff there! Also, they have good office space, and the location is spot on and close to the high street kensington station.
Deposit not returned - breach of agreement!
As per the terms of my agreement with Regus, my deposit was due to be returned within 30 days after the termination of my contract, by 30 January 2025, this repayment has not happened.
I emailed both the Accounts department and the building manager with a polite reminder that my deposit was overdue on January 31st but to my surprise my emails bounced, (although during my tenancy they worked without issue) -it seems my email has now been blocked.
So, I logged into the Regus online portal and to my dismay, although I could access my account, all my account information, including contract records and invoices had been removed and delated.
After much searching, I submitted a complaint via a chat bot, to which I received an automated email with a case number and a note saying that I will be hearing from Regus soon. A deliberately difficult process to raise a case.
I urge anyone who is considering renting from Regus to really consider any other option but them. They are difficult to work with and aggressive, their contracts are not traditional rental agreements and skirt the renting laws to put you in a very difficult position as a tenant. They will also overcharge you at any opportunity, and they have an appealingly bad customer service, if ever you have an issue that needs to be addressed, they are deliberately unresponsive, slow and difficult.
Regus billed me a hefty exit fee a month before my contract ended and after paying it, I was reassured by the building manager (Kensington High Street Offices) by email that no further charges would be applicable. there is no justification for holding on to my deposit; it is illegal and in full breach of our agreement. If the option was available I would select 0 stars!

Great Staff
Great Staff. Very welcoming and understanding.
I rented an office for 2 hours through the app which is very user friendly.
The person who helped me was very professional and responsive. The office was clean and given on time.
Everything worked perfectly.
I have been to other regus office internationally and this one stands out in service .
Appalling costumer service
Appalling costumer service, very difficult to work with Regus! I am currently renting an office from Regus in Kensington London. I purchase a Regus coffee card for £29 plus VAT a month for unlimited coffee, however, suddenly the monthly bill had changed to £55.97 without prior warning or notice. The invoice showed that I had been charged per coffee unit “purchased” rather than the flat rate of unlimited coffees I was supposed to be billed for and to which I had agreed. To add more insult to this: the coffee machine is often malfunctioning, it takes payment but does not deliver the coffee, so you need to swipe the coffee card multiple times in order to get one coffee and therefore charged multiple times for one coffee. To understand why I was suddenly charged double, I opened a service request with Regus 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for an answer. They have been unable to deal with this very straight forward enquiry and the case remains open. This in one of many incidents where Regus has been unhelpful and difficult. I am so sick and tired of the way Regus operates, I am not renewing my contract and have found an alternative office.
