Very disappointing experience with…

Very disappointing experience with Regus as a co-working space. Over the past 1.6 years, we’ve faced constant internet interruptions, no mobile signal coverage, and frequent landline issues. The staff often seem unaware of their own systems, and invoices are received irregularly, which creates unnecessary complications.

There is also a noticeable lack of senior management presence on-site, making it difficult to resolve ongoing concerns. Unfortunately, this experience has negatively impacted our business, even leading to the loss of clients.

Would not recommend for companies relying on stable connectivity and professional support, especially smaller setups that need reliability to grow.

The response time for resolving basic…

The response time for resolving basic amenity issues is quite slow. For example, when kitchen supplies run out, it often takes 1–2 days to restock, which is inconvenient.

There is also a frequent shortage of essential items, such as tissue paper, which has been unavailable for nearly two weeks. This indicates poor inventory management.

Many kitchen appliances are outdated. The coffee machine is frequently out of order, and the microwave becomes non-functional after being used by just one or two people. Additionally, the microwave light has not been working for almost two months.

The washroom facilities also require urgent attention. The Muslim shower in two of the three washrooms has been broken for an extended period, despite multiple complaints, leaving only one functional unit.

Lastly, the internet connection is unreliable and often disconnects, which directly impacts productivity and work efficiency.

They operate like a mafia where they…

They operate like a mafia where they threaten you cannot even terminate agreement in case of a problem. They offered me 24 hour facilityand I took private office with them, but after 4 months, they say AC at Regus only works 9 am to 6 pm. It is a wooden room with no fan and no window and they say either sit without AC or install your own AC. Maintanence also pathetic and rats roaming inoffice. Tea kettle normally out of order. The manager here is just to dictate policies everytime and least concerned with any problem you raise. He will clarify on the problem with stating policies rather than solving. There is noone to entertain your guests generally on the reception. You need to ensure that yourself. Very bad and unprofessional attitude and I suggest to keep away. There is not even any IT personnel present at premises and that is seen by janitorial staff. AC of community meeting room also generally closed even in work hours that they claim and you have to ask them to open when your guest is seated there.

We recognise your main concern is to end your agreement earlier than its end date, which unfortunately cannot be done. An agreement is a formal business commitment.
As a reminder, your agreement will continue until you bring it to an end through your online account.
At that time, you should give us no less than the specified notice detailed in your agreement terms (for your convenience we email you to remind you when the notice period is, closer to the time).
The air conditioning is available during the centre’s operating hours. You may discuss with your centre team if you require special arrangements after working hours.
The maintenance of our facilities is very important, and we can assure you of our highest standards. Your comments have been shared with the senior management team responsible for your centre in Karachi. They have conducted a thorough assessment of the cleaning standards in partnership with our contracted cleaning provider. Improvements have been implemented immediately.
We have received great feedback about the quality of our service, and I apologise if you’ve experienced any inconvenience. We have escalated your comments to your centre team who confirmed your concerns have since been resolved.

Third class service.
Why we take such service instead of own setup, for peace of mind, but this bullshit useless support is unable to restore internet for 3 days. I just want to leave this shit place but their agreement has no exit, My advice to everyone is Stay away of Regus.

I coordinated the internet issue with your centre team who confirmed that the internet outage occurred last weekend, and it was restored on Monday, 03 February 2025. You have been updated on this.
You have signed an agreement with us until 31 October 2025 and it is a formal business commitment. We partner with our customers to help them run and grow their business, but we also have a business to run and cannot cancel an agreement earlier than its end date.
