Extremely disappointing experience - Never again!
Extremely disappointing experience. I was charged double (£25 + £30), and when I tried to resolve the issue, I got nowhere. The Gloucester site wasn’t able to help, invoicing didn’t answer the phone, and then I was just redirected back to Gloucester... If you book as a guest, you can’t even raise a ticket to address problems. The help desk (which was contacted via the front desk lady) told me that they only took £30. The transaction of the £25 is still taken in my bank accont after 3 weeks. This is not ok!
The workspace itself wasn‘t nice. The 2nd floor layout is awful - no windows, lights that kept turning off on their own, and a door that beeped repeatedly. It is not worth £30 for a day. Well, in my case £55 which makes it even worse.
This was my first and definitely my last time.
