It is only AI to troubleshoot, speaking with anyone above the front desk or AI is like trying to speak with royalty and me being the "peon" I should just be ok with everything and stay quiet. Zero urgency to put out mistakes made by Regus

Great place to have an office
The office is in a great location, the management staff is very professional and courteous, the decor is modern and the whole experience has been a good one! I recommend!

Beware of the District Manager Had a Terrible experience
Had a Terrible experience. He is Very untrustworthy. Disrespectful and seems to have an ego. He Feels like he can talk to anyone like they are beneath him. Tried to resolve an issue with him and instead received threats and he over talks and tried to push his weight around.
Never do business with these people. They lie and pull bait n switch. Be careful!! Read the fine print on all their contracts.
IMPORTANT UPDATE **
Regus has flagged this, as expected. To avoid bad reviews. Also they have staff writing good reviews to fool you. A Typical reputation management move. Proof that instead of resolving things they choose to bully and fool people to keep their good name. Take a look there’s an actual website of all the complaints about this company. Won’t be surprised if there’s a lawsuit that eventually hits them.
Regus. You can keep flagging this. To have this removed and asking for more details to identify myself. But this won’t take away all the other customers you have deceived. You can keep flagging to pull My review down but there will be more. Remember things all come to light. This now shows your desperation to “look good”. Most companies wouldn’t care if they were confident they were good. And to the staff that keeps flagging this, if you feel ok working for a company that does people wrong and makes you report bad reviews maybe you should go work for criminals where at least you get paid more.
