Before giving the membership The staff promised one thing and after taking the membership out they were rough n non cooperative and did not keep their words !
There was always shortage n bickering for the meeting room that they promised to give for 2 hrs on daily basis …. They wanted me to book the room after 12 midnight ! Which in itself was a weird and unacceptable demand ! And once twice , thrice I tried but it always showed the room was booked for the complete day and the next mrg when I used to go for my 2 hrs room they would deny it and asked me to use lounge which was not the part of the deal !

The community meeting room is a complementary service we provide to our virtual office and office customers. It should be booked via your online account (myregus.com) on the same day of usage and available on a first-come first-use basis.
Your centre team has always helped you and accommodated your requests. When the community meeting room was unavailable, your centre team allowed you to use the lounge space as an alternative.
Please note that we do have pay-and-use meeting rooms which can also be booked via your online account.
Your centre team is available to assist you further in this matter, please talk to them.
