Poor experience with Regus
The office staff for the most part were good. Upon move out our office was perfect - clean, no damage. 30 days after move out we received a bill for $1150 for damages. I had pictures of the office and refuted the charges. Then they said the charges were for paperwork to close out the lease - which is utterly ridiculous. Upon trying to reach someone at corporate they made it impossible to discuss further. We are a small business and this is an excessive charge. Highly recommend never doing business with Regus.

The office location is very convenient for me, and Daisy and Dom are excellent at providing service when I need it.

Local staff cares
The engagement with the local staff. Daisy and Steve are so supportive. They are attentive and look for ways to help. They create an environment where all of the tenants feel special. They are always pleasant, (even when another tenant or guest may not be). They are a real asset.

At the Point at Inverness
At the Point at Inverness, where we have an office, the staff is terrific! They go out of their way every day to make both the clients, as well as our customers, feel like they have arrived at a world-class executive office environment. I cannot say enough good about how excellent the customer service is. Whatever the problem, they will work their hardest to resolve. They are simply the best!

Daisy and Steven are absolutely the best! Hard-working and efficient, yet friendly and welcoming. The individual offices and the entire Regus office space and community at 8310 are first class! With Steven and Daisy forming the front lines and Jackie’s solid behind-the-scenes management skills, 8310 has risen to become the crown jewel in the Regus Universe of office suites!
