Hamilton Ave and Orchard City

Joan has been great, Joseph at the Orchard City office has been good and responsive. It is a new locations so they are still working through kinks which is understandable. Dealing with the back office and invoicing mistakes has been terrible, there are errors and no one has responded other than to charge a late payment for an invoice that I have been trying to get corrected for a month, again with no response.

Regardless of the reason, I understand how frustrating it can be and apologise if we did not provide the level of service that you expect and deserve from Regus.   
My team have contacted you now to get more information and I have also immediately asked the Manager of your centre to look into this as a priority. 
Your satisfaction is very important, therefore, we’ll make the relevant enquiries and aim to put matters right as soon as we can. Where appropriate, we’ll also take steps to prevent the situation from happening again.

Locally, Neeti and April are great. They make our stay very welcoming and are always responsive. They are a good team. This is how they are everyday.
