Clean and pleasant environment to work. Centre staff are always available to help and provide support. Facilities are always in good working order and when they are not, they are quickly fixed.

Awful management in Regus - Borehamwood Maxwell Road

I’m very disappointed with the management of UK Regus - Borehamwood Maxwell Road. The communal microwave has been broken since early April and as of 20 May it still hasn’t been replaced, forcing dozens of tenants to eat cold lunches for weeks. Even worse, the hot water boiler has been out of service for around six months and they’ve done nothing other than leave a single kettle in the pantry — so everyone has to boil water themselves for 5 minutes each time.

We’ve had multiple tenants and office managers complain, but management simply refuses to fix or replace basic equipment.

Their website advertises a well‑equipped kitchen, yet in practice there is no hot water and no microwave, and the equipment you see when you move in is apparently not guaranteed and can be withdrawn at any time.

The front desk is often unmanned and calls before 11:00 a.m. usually go unanswered, so you’re basically helpless if something goes wrong in the morning. For a global office provider, this level of service is unacceptable.

The regular maintenance of our facilities, in all Regus locations, as well as the welfare of all visitors, customers and staff members, are extremely important to us.
Regardless of the reason, I understand how frustrating it can be and apologise if we haven’t provided you with the service that you expect and deserve from Regus.
We are already in the process of obtaining a new microwave, but apologise if there have been delays. All other matters are being addressed and customers are being updated directly in the centre. Your reception desk is manned at all times and the team remain available to support you.

Avoid this place at all costs

Avoid this place at all costs. They entice you with low prices and then add all these ridiculous charges. There’s some charges we did not even consent to or ask for services and they added it on. I had to dispute them to have them removed.

When trying to cancel they made the process difficult and then contradict themselves on email. Then trying to hide under the terms and conditions which they themselves have breached and replying with “standard charges”.

If you’re small business looking for office space avoid them and go elsewhere. It’s not worth the headache of dealing with this company.

I’m very sorry to hear about your disappointing experience.
Transparency is fundamental to us, and we always ensure that any concerns have been clarified before an agreement is signed. Please note that you can review your agreement, invoices, check and amend your services at any time through your online account (myregus.com).
We provide our restoration service for all customers to save time and money, along with the frustration of dealing with multiple outside vendors such as IT & phone technicians. When you moved into your office, we ensured it was all in working order and ready for use. We do the same with each customer and this service is part of your agreement.
Given the exceptional circumstance of the office never being used, a member of my team has contacted you via email and confirmed the service has been credited.

THINK TWICE !
We took up occupancy during April 2023, On several occasions the accounts have been blundered. Unauthorised direct debit charges reversed by our bankers. Unnecessary LATE charges, example if paying directly debit 19th of each month there's no charges, payment by bank transfer before 19th incurs a £220 Charge.

Facilities are excellent, however extreme bully tactics to obtain any fees other than rent.

Its truly remarkable we paid an invoice by transfer on 15th of the month and received £141 charge.

Hi Mike, I'm sorry you felt the need to escalate this.
Firstly let me clarify that we do not take unauthorised payments and during your time with us your account has never had a Direct Debit instruction associated with it.
Customers add their preferred payment method themselves through their online account (myregus.com) and are debited accordingly.
Our monthly invoices are raised on the last day of the month and have a due date of the 15th of the following month giving our customers plenty of time to raise any queries before payment is processed.
In your case an invoice raised on 30 June had a due date of 15 July has still not been paid.
We recommend that customers who choose to pay manually ensure payment is received by us no later than the due date to avoid late payment fees.
