Regus the worst place to rent
Regus is the worst place to rent an office. I suggest you never do it. I've been renting with them for 11 months, each one of them invoices me additional items that I never ordered. I've been struggling with them for a month and a half to get a whole extra month back they charged me, but they don't reply. Their customer service is horrible, and it seems no one is in charge.

I’m so sorry for your experience.
I understand that you're waiting for the refund of an overpayment since you made two payments, one for the original invoice and another for the reissued version. Due to a system error, a credit note was not issued to cancel the original invoice, which resulted in your second payment not being recorded as an overpayment. This matter has been escalated to our finance team for correction so that the overpayment can be refunded to you.
Please note that all our invoices are due by the 15th of each month. You have been charged late payment fees on several occasions because your payments were received after the due date. I kindly ask that future payments be made on or before the due date to avoid further late payment fees.
