I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
Information privacy:
- Shortly after providing my manager's email address to the front desk reception of the building, he started receiving cleaning offers from private cleaning companies and other spam.
- Regus demands to have credit card on file AND debit account information (for supposedly deposit return which they did not return in the end), even though the invoices are paid manually through their website.
Office space:
- because cleaning is done through Regus and they have the keys to your office, be ready that your pens, printing paper and other stationery go missing.
- the office walls have zero soundproofing. If you are intending on conducting meetings that require privacy, forget about it.
- A/C and, probably, ventilation was off during after work hours. I was suffocating in summer days when I had to come to the office during the weekend.
Billing:
- a sad story. Do not expect to get your deposit in the amount of 2 months' rent back. The conditions of the contract are such that Regus charges for what they call "restoration services" once you move out. They set the amount of 'restoration services' not in the contract, but capriciously in the 'House Rules', subject to change at any time at Regus's discretion. This amount did not depend on whether we left the office impeccably clean - we were invoiced automatically on the 1st day of move out, at around 2 AM at night. No reports of jobs done to 'restore' the office space were provided to us, of course.
- Rent amount grows on the fly at Regus's desire.

Hi Natalia, I’m very sorry to hear of your disappointment.
Whilst I can't comment on the actions of the building management team at the main desk, I can assure you that our centre team would never share your details with anybody.
We ask that you add a payment method to your account, and although we can make provisions for customers who prefer to pay manually, your choice of payment method has no bearing on your retainer refund.
For operational reasons, the cleaning team needs to hold office keys. We take accusations of theft very seriously, and although neither you nor any other customers have raised concerns previously, we would certainly like to know more about this.
I'm sorry if you felt the soundproofing was inadequate. Noise levels can vary depending on day-to-day activities, and we would've been happy to discuss your options had you brought it to our attention at the time.
You will see on your agreement that, where available, heating/air-conditioning is only operational during regular business hours, and any requests for out-of-hours usage can be directed to your centre team.
We fully understand the importance of receiving your refund promptly and have taken measures to make the refund process as smooth as possible for our customers. I note that you have yet to submit your refund request.
Requesting a refund is easy. You should log in to your online account (i.e., myregus.com), select My Account > Billing and payments > Deposit / Retainer balances, where a specific section for refund requests is available. We will then confirm your payment date and amount.
Your refund will be processed within 30 days after your agreement end date or request date (whichever is later). It’s an automated process. However, we ask you to go through some security steps as part of our fraud-prevention policy.
We provide our restoration service for all customers to save time and money, along with the frustration of dealing with multiple outside vendors such as IT & phone technicians. When you moved into your office, we ensured it was all in working order and ready for use. We do the same with each customer, and this service is part of your agreement. On behalf of your Community team, I’d like to extend a full apology if this wasn’t explained to you.
