Wrong pupil distance
There was no option to insert the pupil distance. Upon further examination (via a high street store), the lenses were 10mm off from what they should be, rendering them completely useless. £80 wasted. A false economy.

Great work. My new lenses are better than the old ones.
Really simple and fast process too.
Put your old specs in the packaging they send, add in your prescription and put in the post. Your glasses with new lenses are posted back to you within days. Excellent!

Easy to do. They replaced lenses in my antique specs. Very happy with my glasses to wear as a 17th century reenacter!

Absolutely first class service
Absolutely first class service from start to finish. A moment's confusion when it became clear that the free box which I'd chosen wasn't going to arrive, and there would be no charge for the express service, but the advantage was all mine! Polarised bifocal lenses were exactly to the prescription, and arrived well within the published time frame. I shall certainly use the company again, and have recommended it to all my family.
