I am a returning customer so I already knew about the quality of workmanship from Reglaze my spex. This time I needed to change my order just after I had submitted it but, thanks to the kindness and speed of resposne from Lee, it was not a problem. The excellent quality and value for money from this lovely firm is superb. Nothing was too much trouble and the end result is marvellous. Thank you.

Since I discovered your invisible line bi focals , so impressed with them , have had 2 pairs , will be ordering again soon ,also like the quick turnaround time ,excellent service all round.

All very easy on the website. The box to send the glasses took about a week to arrive but I'm in no rush. Glasses arrived about a week later. Done!

I’ve placed 3 orders with Reglazemyspex and have been impressed with the results. The lenses are excellent quality and work very well for me.
The service has been quick with good comms along the way.
Their prices are very competitive and I like that the lenses are made in Wales.
There are a lot of options when it comes to the types of lenses
and it can be difficult to work out which ones are the most suitable. Some sort of AI online consultation might help with this?
The satisfaction guarantee is reassuring but I would like to get it right first time.

I have known people who have used this company before abd can only agree that they are a very good company to deal with. There prices are really good and that means that I can afford to change my glasses whenever I need to. Really happy with my glasses and will definitely be using them again.

Super happy to have found reglaze my spex! The price was unbelievable and despite having only chosen the cheapest package, my lenses were super thin and the vision is excellent. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever

This is a really conflicting review.

The lenses they produce are good but the process, support and service is both frustrating, woefully unprofessional and significantly below par.

From the point of order nothing was clear and as a customer I was left in the dark. No idea when packaging was coming, no idea if it was received, and no idea where my order was. When they did arrive they arrived in a little plastic bag in a box; no label, not anything. I paid for maintenance and they haven’t done anything at all. An arm is still loose.

Before ordering I asked so many questions as it wasn’t clear. I received a lot of one line responses and had to go back for clarity. When asking where my order was I was met with “we sent you tracking” - they didn’t.

Then when I asked where the tracking was I got no reply. Admittedly I followed up quickly asking for the tracking and I got an email back “you emailed us 4 hours ago, what do you expect” with just a tracking number.

Their communications are so rude, blunt and beyond unprofessional. Rather than realising they are not responding fully to queries, they just defend their position. I’ve genuinely never experienced this level of arrogance and rudeness from a customer service team.

So alas you do get what you pay for. They are slightly cheaper than others, but if customer service, good after care is important, then I’d say go to lensology instead. For £20-30 more, you’ll get a much better service.

It’s a shame as I had a couple of other pairs to do, but I cannot use this company again. They are dreadful.

I have used this company on few occasions now and am always extremely happy with the quality and time of service. Highly recommend for a budget-conscious way to fill a glasses prescription

Great service used mailing label that made for quick posting of the old pair. Specs back within a week, Have used them previously so had no qualms of using them again. Only problem was of my making I posted off the incorect frames so will be sending the intended ones in due course

The process is so easy and it’s great value. I had 3 pairs reglazed and my brother says they are the clearest glasses he’s ever worn. They are also great communicators.
I would highly recommend.

Great customer service, prompt delivery. I ordered a double glazing package for my main pair of varifocals, which had a damaged side. Reglazemyspex went beyond my expectations and provided me with a new frame and lenses which were a perfect fit. They provided excellent customer service, prompt delivery, at a very good price. I will definitely go back to them again next time.

What a great company, I have used them on many occasions, recently I clumsily broke my specs and Lee repaired them in quick time with no charge, that kind of customer care is unheard of these days...

Speedy service & great product for a fraction of the cost compared to regular opticians. I had my new prescription put into some existing frames - really good result - I am very happy.
Had the same done for my husband & all good there too.

Definitely recommend this company.
