Great Hampers, But Watch Out for the Hidden Perishables!
The hampers themselves were lovely and really well received! However, both recipients nearly threw away the perishables because they didn’t realise there was a chilled bag inside. It’s not very obvious, so if you’re including perishables, make sure to let the recipient know to check carefully. A clearer label or heads-up would really help.

We are delighted to learn that the hampers you ordered were received positively.
Perishable items, such as cheese, are dispatched in a separate fresh pack within the postal box, facilitating easy removal and refrigeration - especially beneficial if the hamper is not intended as an immediate gift.
Our products are packaged in robust brown cardboard boxes, featuring our "Regency Hampers" branding. We are unable to disclose the contents of the boxes on the exterior, but we will take this feedback on board.
Decent basket
The hampers are reasonably okay – they don't particularly stand out or have a “wow” factor. The products are quite pricey, but when necessary, you make a compromise. There aren’t that many options or combinations if you want to create your own, but choosing a standard one might be a different story. All in all, it’s fine if needs,my feedback was meant as constructive criticism, not an attack. hope I’m understood 🙂.

Excellent Customer Service – Highly Recommend
I recently ordered seven hampers from Regency Hampers to gift to our clients. I arranged for them to be delivered to our office the day before they were needed. Unfortunately, only three arrived on the scheduled day, and I was advised that the remaining four were still at the courier’s depot and might not arrive until the following day—which would have been too late for our plans.
Despite this setback (which was entirely the courier’s fault and not Regency Hampers'), the customer service I received from Regency Hampers was absolutely fantastic. Katie, from the customer service team, was incredibly helpful. She quickly got up to speed with the issue and explored every possible solution to get the missing hampers delivered on time. She suggested delivering additional hampers directly to our venue or arranging a courier to ensure delivery to the office before 9am the next morning.
Katie was proactive, polite, reassuring, and clearly committed to taking the stress off my shoulders. Thanks to her efforts, the missing hampers were successfully delivered to our office before 9am, and everything went smoothly in the end.
I've used Regency Hampers before and will absolutely continue to do so. Their products are beautiful, and their customer service—especially in challenging situations—is outstanding. A huge thank you to Katie and the team for maintaining such high standards. I highly recommend Regency Hampers.

Regrettably, despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, as once the hampers are in the hands of the Couriers, we must rely on them to deliver as promised.
While they are typically very dependable, various factors can lead to delays, which can understandably be quite frustrating.
