Patient and comprehensive
Asked Toby numerous times for spot checks on rates, just to ensure that the rate they could offer beat what I was getting via high street banks, and he was always more than happy to do so. Transferred the funds on Friday, and the promised amount landed in my account on Monday. Thanks Toby!

Would definitely recommend.
Toby was brilliant throughout the process, attentive, responsive and very efficient.
The transfer requirements were surprisingly complex from my end - Toby was able to guide me through the complex process and made it as simple as possible. He also had an unbelievable level of knowledge of the different international banking systems I was transferring money between.
Also saved me a fortune in FX fees!
Would definitely use again.

Slick, Reliable and Trustworthy.
James assisted me with getting set up to be able to send payment in other currency with great savings to be made. However the best bit apart from the savings is the slickness of the process and the dashboard interface.
It's really reassuring to know that James is just a phone call away and he really knows his stuff.

Good service, accommodating team, fast transfer
Good service, and accommodating team. The reason why I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is because the spot exchange rate wasn't the best when the transfer went through. There was a bank intermediary fee that was charged to me without my knowledge, but Toby handled the situation in my favour and in a professional way. Overall, I recommend Regency FX, they are reactive, and proactively following up with you.

Great Experience
Great experience. Transfer from Finland to USA took a few hours including transferring the funds to RegencyFX, getting an exact quote for the rate, and then having the funds transferred to US. Callum provided excellent customer service all through the transaction. I highly recommend RegencyFX.

I had a good experience working with Regency FX. To secure competitive rates, it’s best to compare options, research the market, and then negotiate.
They don’t offer online rate checks, so you have to rely on messages and email. A positive aspect, however, is that they are also available via WhatsApp, which makes communication easier.

Mason who is my adviser at Regency FX…
Mason who is my adviser at Regency FX has done a superb job, couldn't fault him in any way.
He phoned me up when the pound had reached a peak which is really helpful if you are not actually watching the currencies at that time.
So well done to Mason and his very polite team at Regency which is not very common these days with other institutions. Would definitely recommend them especially if transferring large sums like property purchase.

Jamie Hodge was very helpful in our currency exchange. Our experience, however, was tainted by three, hour long, reviews with the fraud squad in our UK bank. The bank made us question the authenticity of RegencyFX. This was unnecessary, everything went smoothly and the money went into our overseas bank without a hitch. We would definitely recommend the company and use them again.

Large transfer of funds
I had to exchange and transfer a large amount of Euro's for the purchase of a house in the EU. I searched around until I came across Jamie at RegencyFX. Jamie helped me understand everything that had to be done and explained clearly and concisely. I decided to use RegencyFX not only because they offered me a good exchange rate but because Jamie was so honest and sincere and I trusted him straight away.
