I’ve been working with Toby from Regency FX for just over 2 months. They were recommended to me by someone who is also transferring funds from around the world.

Absolutely amazing from the beginning to the end on every occasion. Clearly explain how it works without any of the jargon or pressure.

He kept things understandable at every point. Cannot recommend them more!

I was assigned a personal point of contact, Mason. He explains the process and stays in contact to ensure smooth sailing of my money. The human touch brings a touch of confidence and trust in a busy and sometimes confusing financial world.

My first time sending a large amount of money to my kenyan bank. Toby was really helpful setting up my account, updating me all the way and more importantly always available online (whats app as I was in Kenya at the time) to answer any questions or concerns. Good rates. Now the account is set up the transfer from my bank to my currency account should be less stressful. Be aware of compliance and money laundering regulations in the country you are sending to!

I found RegencyFX to be extremely helpful and patient when leading me through my transfer of monies to my French bank for the first time. Nothing was too much trouble for James. I thoroughly recommend this company.

I’ve always used an online site in the past. However I was asked to use them on this occasion. The agent was incredibly helpful and responsive, but not clear with in documents needed which slowed the process. Also they initially quoted a rate lower than the online companies, the markets did move and the rates did fall, and they need warn about this. However, in the end when the transfer actually took place their rate was significantly less than what I’d have got online (which also offered to hold the rate). If you want to speak to a human would recommend but otherwise much quicker and more cost effective online.

James was super throughout the whole process. Very personable on the phone and despite having signed up with another broker when I first received his call, his organisation and persistence found me switching brokers happily. He knew his market well and is an asset to the company!

RegencyFX have been incredibly simple to deal with. I get great rates on my transfers and their personal service means there’s always a real person in easy reach every step of the way. Toby has been terrific, answering questions and proactively trouble shooting issues that could cost me money. Highly recommend.

I enquired about a property with Cle France. I am then bombarded with phone calls about exchanging currency. I have no need for this service so I did not reply to their voicemail messages. I have blocked in total 8 telephone numbers from the Truro Penzance area. And yet they still call and have also sent an email.
I replied saying I do not want their services and to stop contacting me. And today I received another telephone call.
Stop harassing people for business.

I moved across to Regency after having had some bad experiences with another currency exchange service provider. So far, Regency have been superb, having used them for 2 transfers.

James fully explained the process and was on hand to manage any queries and requests for information from the banks. He kept us informed throughout the transfer from euros to pounds and transfer to our uk bank.

Great customer service, quick funds transfer and swift updates on progress from James.

Jamie was efficient and polite. Would be five stars if Sciopay had stated their needs prior to the transaction, and not in retrospect, which almost lost me a property deal.

I used Regency FX after the sale on my house in Spain they did a great job of helping me transfer my money from Euro to GPB, they kept me well informed during the hole process and made me feel at ease that they had my best interest in hand. Would recommend there services.
