We do want to provide some context, as our records show that your order went through several rounds of proofing and revisions. You requested changes to the background, removal of the title, and adjustments to make the head placement look more natural, and our artist provided updated proofs in response to that feedback.
A third revised proof was then sent on 17 June. When no further response was received, the proofing system automatically approved it on 21 June.
Our proofing process is designed specifically to give customers the opportunity to request changes before an order moves forward, and we’re always happy to continue refining the artwork when feedback is provided.
We’re sorry that the final result still did not meet your expectations, but we also want to reassure future customers that this order was not completed without consultation — multiple revisions were made based on the feedback received, and the final proof remained available for further comments before it was automatically approved.

The product turned out great. It was a gift and my friend loved it.
I would have given 5 stars but I uploaded 2 pics hoping to compare them and pick the best but was only sent one to preview. It looked good though so I went with it

Fun gift
Fun gift! They had some trouble communicating with costumers when they launched but they ended up giving me my fast shipping money back for arriving late. Gift is perfect though!

Great picture to laugh and cry with
My daughter lost her dog in a sudden emergency, with no time to prepare. She was devasted so we got her dog in a regal costume. She cried and laughed simultaneously, but they now have that picture hung next to his urn. They will always remember him, and his attitude perfectly matched the picture.

Poor customer service
After I approved the proof I changed my mind and wanted to alter it. I sent an email to customer service requesting this change and asking if it could be done.
I never got a response . And it showed up unchanged to how I requested.
A reply would have been nice.
