Should have realised they are in China. Purchased a Personalized Solar Modern Door Number / street Plaque. On arrival it was scratched all over the face, no holes for screwing to the wall, rectangular hole cut in the middle for some reason. Complained and sent photographs but automatic acknowledgement but nothing else despite numerous emails to them. Complete waste of money.

Horrible service, I ordered something from them and I didn’t received my order because the driver left the package outside of the building, I try to contact this company to see how we can resolve and they don’t answer. I wouldn’t recommend.

Regal Maison is a complete disappointment. Their Personalized Solar Modern Door Plaque is cheaply made, and their so-called "Lifetime Warranty" is meaningless.

Within just a few weeks, the solar-powered light started failing—after a full day of charging in the sun, it barely stayed on for a few minutes before flickering and dying completely. I reached out to their customer service, providing video evidence of the defect, expecting them to stand behind their product. Instead, they ignored the fact that it was faulty and dismissed the warranty I had paid for. Since then, my follow-up emails have been ignored.

Their response? A ridiculous claim that refunds or replacements are only available within three days of delivery. Three days? That’s not a warranty—that’s a deliberate way to avoid responsibility. Regal Maison sells low-quality products and hides behind deceptive policies to avoid helping customers. Avoid this company at all costs.

I dont recomand the site its a scam.
I order two pair of rings în november 2024 and I havent recive yet.
I ask for the money back and they told that I am frustrated about the situatione!!!!!!
They act like nothing happend they dont care at all.

They sell you damaged or faulty goods,when you complain they just ignore you,not a good company to deal with and judging by their reviews I'm not the only customer to be treated this way,dont buy anything from them,scammers

Do not buy from them. I make an order on December and still do not received my order. Only answer with lies.

This company failed to advice delivery coming from China. After emailing to ask expected delivery date, I was blamed for using the wrong address. There is nothing wrong with the addressi used and is even the recommended address by united postal service. The company also failed to answer my question about expected delivery. Absolute rubbish for a company. They shouldn't be allowed to sell in the United States after seeing the long list of poor reviews.

Waited like a fool for 3 months, got scammed . Given the run around. Don’t waste your time or money

Just want to let you all know that the solar light that came with our house sign packed up in less than a week, absolute rubbish. The fact that it took weeks to come wasn’t great either. I really couldn’t be bothered to go through all the hassle of taking down the sign and posting it back to wait another millennium for a replacement, products should be tested before posting but that clearly doesn’t happen. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

Ordered two items and received only one. Cannot get any response at all after multiple attempts. No longer believe the company will respond or make me whole. I am furious that they have taken my money and failed to deliver! I feel helpless and hopeless that there is anything at all I can do except warn others to always check these overseas companies track record.

HORRIBLE customer service!!!! Don’t buy anything from this shop it’s a waste of money and your time!!!! There was an issue with my Order (from before Christmas) and they kept telling me they would take care of it and fix it only to tell me now pretty much 2 month later it couldn’t be fixed. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

The Company reconized that the product I had purchased was not Working and they would have a new sent to me. I have not received anything and they do not answer on my e-mails.
Dont to any purchasing at this Company.

I ordered beginning of December and didnt get product till after christmas it was damaged, requested a refund told I could only get replacement and now it is FEb. 14th and no word on replacement. Didn't know it was coming from China or the poor quality of item and it wasnt cheap! Just FYI, check reviews before ordering!

Truly don’t work with this company guys. I rarely leave reviews and generally allow companies to fix the situation. I left a review below in hopes of that expecting to take it down if fixed. Not only did they falsely reply with incorrect dates of their responses instead of fixing the situation but I NEVER received the product. It was proven to be shipped to the wrong location through their shipment third party. I received ZERO response after I proved this to them. Replied 4 times to them. Still no response weeks later. To this date I have reported this fraud. I hope this review alleviates anyone else from wasting money.

I ordered a new address door plaque it was sent to the wrong address I’ve spoken to the new owners who refused delivery as it’s no use to them and they send a picture rejecting delivery. I have written three emails to this company and no reply on advice as to when delivery is coming. Very disappointing paid 58 pounds for nothing. Keep away. Would not recommend

If I could give a zero I would!! I ordered a couple of Christmas presents in November that never arrived. I’ve contacted Regal Maison 4-5 times. I did get a response initially, and they checked my address and said they’d resend. Absolutely nothing since then despite many attempts. Please do not trust this company

I purchased home sign in December and wrote them many emails, the sign never arrived and fianlly today they game me my refund after a month and a half.
