im really satisfied with the service

im really satisfied with the service. the only problem that can be fixed easily is when you have several complaint cases then its not really easy to find their number in your inbox... you need to login separately to check the process of each case that is a bit weird!!! I am the same person so i should have access to all of them when i lhave already logged in !!!

Toller Service, keine Arbeit und man wird trotzdem entschädigt. Die Gebühr, ich kann nicht beurteilen, welchen Aufwand ihr betreiben musstet. Ich denke das geht ok.

Not bad but......

I am generally satisfied with your services even though the whole process took a little longer than expected. What I resent most about you is the transfer of compensation money to citizens who come from non-EU countries. In this way, all users do not receive the same treatment and are exposed to unnecessary costs and the extra waste of time for compensation, which is certainly not right nowadays and creates an unpleasant feeling for citizens who are not citizens of some EU countries.

Refund.me 10/10

The site did its job wonderfully, I can say. They messaged me what I needed to do, I followed their instructions and in about 3 months the company paid me the money. They were keeping me up to speed with that was happening with my case and at any time I had the ability to ask them for assistance of any kind. I really do recommend them!

Very satisfied

I asked refund.me to help me receive my compensation money for canceled flights several times. I think now it was the fourth or the fifth time. When you travel a lot, you can see your flights canceled quite often. And you don't have the time and energy to take care of your rights.
When I faced my first canceled flight, I tried everything to recover my compensation money on my own. I lost more money, energy and time. Finally, I decided to ask refund.me for help and they could help me successfully. Since that day I don't even try by myself anymore. My time and energy and priceless. Thank you to refund.me.

Incomplete service, no way to follow up

I missed a flight connection due to a long delay in the departing flight. Because of time constraints and issues contacting the airline I was forced to buy a replacement flight and hotel stay myself. I submitted all the details to refund.me, and while they successfully got me the EU mandatory compensation, they did not get me any kind of reimbursement for the replacement flight or hotel. Most frustrating, there was no way in their system to ask why, or if they even tried. I ended up having to handle this aspect myself, and after months of contacting the airline I finally got partial reimbursement. It was very frustrating to pay refund.me's high fees but only receive minimal / incomplete service.

Please know that you can always contact us via email or via our trouble ticket system.
We are currently working on retrieving the refund for your additional expenses. When the airline decides to only pay out the compensation but not the additional expenses, of course, we pass that compensation on to our clients. We do think that keeping the funds until we receive the whole sum, would not be fair to our clients.

Since you already received some of the reimbursement, we will contact you via email to solve this matter and see if there are any remaining positions we should retrieve for you.

One trip - two people - two different results

After 3 months I received my credit and I was happy. What is sad, is that my friends case (who travelled together with me in the same airplane and who uploaded the documents simultaneously) is still not through (even though my case was closed 1 month ago) and shall go through the hands of a lawfirm now... It is simply not understandable to me how the process works and how one claim can be settled already and the other somehow cannot be settled even though they were the same... Please enlighten me...

Unfortunately the airline handled your claims separately. While your case was resolved quickly, your friends case could not be solved.
Of course, we cannot accept that and have therefore passed your friend's case on to our lawyers. We expect that they will be able to resolve it speedily, given the prior success of your case.

We do understand that this is frustrating, but it is unfortunately just one of the delay tactics that some airlines are using. We are doing our best, to have a positive outcome on the second case as soon as possible.

I wouldn’t recommend RefundMe

I submitted a refund which was approved by the airline in October last year and still waiting for a refund.

Total of 8 months now since my flight, they have given me no contact details for anyone I am able to speak with and I just think it’s a massive scam! I wouldn’t be surprised if someone has taken my claim money and pocketed it for themselves.

Really don’t recommend. Super helpful in the beginning until you sign the paperwork and the authorisation over to them... then nothing.

As you know, the airline has not paid out your compensation and your case is currently with our lawyers who have already contacted them.

Thank you for your review.

I would like to point out that you, when you opened your case, you entered the wrong airport code (ALI instead of ALC). This led to the compensation amount being miscalculated at 600 EUR. You eventually received 400 EUR per passenger (minus our fees, of course), which is the compensation set as per EU law.

We also solved your cases in 3,5 months, which is slightly longer than we'd like, but we believe it to be an acceptable time.

We are a little disappointed that you only rated us with one star. Maybe you'd like to reconsider.
