Quick and simple. Refund.me kept me updated every step of the way. It took a couple of months but Refund.me was doggedly committed and I was reimbursed.

they were Excellent, had lost hope that the airline will refund any money and it was a disaster waiting at the airport for 9 hours straight, thank you refund.me, it took 8 months to get this thing sorted but they made sure the rights of a passenger were protected.

I genuinely thought this was fake and that I would never get any compensation but to my surprise i was given a compensation and was very happy with refund.me as they did just what they had promised. It did take a bit of time but I finally got my compensation through refund.me. 5 stars to this amazing company. Thank you soo much.

i got my refund but my wife who had the same flight and has claimed the same date for a refund has still not heard anything...weird that this is so different for a 100% similar file.

This was the first time that I have used refund.me to assist in getting a refund from an airline. The process was so easy and all details were taken care of. I was very impressed with the professionalism and timely processing. I was kept informed regarding the communication with the airline and follow up. Refund.me was very easy to use and obtained my settlement for me. Yes, the VAT and commission are high, but I do not think that I would have received any payment without their support.

It took them roughly 2 months, but I got my money from my canceled flight.

They got me some money back, which was great, but the process was many months and there wasn’t much communication about what was going on. Also their fee was pretty steep, and their initial estimate of my refund was much higher than what I actually got back. But on my own I wouldn’t have gotten anything, so I appreciate their help.

4 years later and case still with supposed law firm, dont waste your time, do it yourself

Let me see how convenient, what was it 1 minute or 2 minutes under the time frame, and it took you 4 years to find it Out or work this out 🙄🙄, Shows how incompetent your company is but I don’t believe it as others on the same flight have had their payout, I wonder I wonder which bank account my payout money could be 🙄🙄

Je conseille ce site, j'ai été remboursé d'un vol décalé de 24h, cela a pris 3 mois environ mais on m'avait prévenu que les démarches prenaient du temps. Je recommande.
