Unreliable, bad customer service, waste of time!
This is my second review regarding refund.me. I had an air lingus flight cancelled in 2016 and after the positive reviews I read regarding refund me I proceeding to pursue my claim through them. Well that was 2016 and I just received notification from refundme ( it is now 2020) that their attorneys were unable to get my money back from air lingus Nd closed the case. Well interestingly enough I went with another service and I had my money within one month! I would never recommend this company. Four years and no contact from refund me even when I tried to contact them. I dont think they even tried! The other company...money paid in full very quickly!! Happy I decided to use one of their competitors. Maybe if they lose more commisions they will clean up their act.

Great amount of compensation
They were amazing at getting me €250 compensation when the airline refused. The only downside is it takes a couple of months but other then that fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

Please use this service if your flight was canceled
Please use this service if your flight got canceled. We received back 278.77 euro after our flight from Cluj was canceled because of bad weather. We took another flight from Debrecen as it was the only available and had to book a night in a hotel and get transport from Cluj to Satu Mare and then Satu Mare Debrecen. Thank you again!

Habe nach 2 Jahren eine Entschädigung von Eurowings erhalten.
Dank refund.me, denen ich den Fall vor ca. einem Jahr übergeben hatte.
Inklusive Zinsen und Auslagen, damit habe ich schon nicht mehr gerechnet.
Die SÖP kann ich nicht empfehlen, das dauert lange und es bringt nichts.
Nochmals vielen Dank.

I’ve just put in a claim with refund.me . for flights I’ve booked . I’m on my fifth attempt now to get home with Ryanair. It’s highly unlikely the flight from faro will take place and would result me having to take a train and taxi to Lisbon four hours away then a flight with a new airline . I’ve also had high hotel costs and food drink costs . I’m reviewing my service so far with refund me because I have to say they have been quick to respond which is brilliant! Having listened to some negatives on here I want to see how quick and efficient they are with my claim and I will re- review once the claim has been dealt with and completed. So far I’m happy let’s see how this goes and how quick the outcome will be for flights and additional expenses costs. Keep up the good work refund me and thank you !

Well it took quite long and since last…
Well it took quite long and since last September (circa 8 months) still not received all reimbursements...
I received compensation for some of the tickets, but nothing yet of the extra expenses that we needed to have for the 4 days delay.

It takes time but they do a good job…
It takes time but they do a good job when I can't.
This time I had to give more documents but it wasn't the same airlines as when it happened before. Make sure to keep everything at hand.
