Für nichts 36,00 €.

Habe nur mein Daten eingegeben und konnte die Unterlagen nicht senden. .es ist kein Auftrag zustande gekommen. Nach über einem Jahr Nichtstun bekam ich jetzt eine Rechnung von 36,00 €. So kann man auch abzocken. Es war ein Reinfall.

FINGER weg.

Ein kurzer Check hat mich gleich mal 40 EURO gekostet.
Rechnungen kommen in den SPAM Order und das Personal dort mehr als unfreundlich ...

Absolute Frechheit, nichts abgeschlossen, und klein in den Geschäftsbedingungen versteckt das es kostenpflichtig ist. Für eine Prüfung von 10 Sekunden bei der nichts rausgekommen ist..

This company is a pure scam! I filed a complaint with refund.me for a 600 EUR claim against IBERIA.
Iberia made me miss my connection in Madrid due to late arrival of my previous flight.
Not only was I not put on the next earliest flight to continue my journey, I had to endure 1 night in a Madrid airport hotel.
My claim is clearly owed, but refund.me has been supposedly working on this claim for 2.5 years unsuccessfully. It is still pending with a law firm. Unbelievable!! I am baffled with this lack of professionalism.

Years later and multiple requests from their side which has been very time consuming, I have not received any money which should have been a clear case to win. Very disappointed

Kein Stern verdient haben wegen unserem stornieren Flug im September unseren Fall in Auftrag gegeben, passiert ist nicht viel 2 Emails an die Fluggesellschaft. Im Januar immer noch nichts und auch keine Rückmeldung, nachgefragt nun sind nochmal genau die gleichen Mails an die Fluggesellschaft gegangen und seitdem wieder nichts. Habe denen jetzt meinen Fall entzogen und einem andren Anwalt übertragen. Finger weg

Después de años dándome largas y diciendo que esperaban respuesta de los juzgados, ahora se contradicen y me dicen que no lo van a llevar al juzgado porque no ven posibilidad de ganarlo.
Además. tenían todo el argumentario a su favor y lo han desaprovechado.
Si fuera malpensado sospecharía, aunque no afirmaría, que hay acuerdos subyacentes entre la compañía y ellos.

Used their service few years ago and all was fine. Then 2 years ago opened a new case for my boyfriend. Yes 2 years. After more than a year they said that the air company rejected the case and that refund me started legal actions. Asked them several times what is going on and the answer was the same. Now i got email that they will transfer all they cases to AirHelp. I had to upload same documents again after all this wasted time. No authomatical transfer. Now that AirHelp asked me for a new passport as his old one expired, despite that i sent them national ID, and gave me a deadline to upload it in 3 days or they will close the case. I find all this from both companies completely unprofessional.
Avoid both!

Achtung, angeblich kostenlos! Ich habe den Auftrag nicht abgeschlossen und muss jetzt 39 € Aufwandsentschädigung zahlen, nur weil ich meine Daten eingegeben habe.

Ich hatte eine Fall mit Turkish Airlines. Der Flug ging von außerhalb der EU nach Deutschland, europäisches Fluggastrecht gilt also nicht. Aber es gilt türkisches Recht und Turkish Airline gab das Werbeversprechen ab, dass das türkische Fluggastrecht dem europäischen Fluggastrecht analog wäre.

Refund.me war einer der wenigen Fluggastportale, die auch so einen Fall annahmen. Turkish Airline hat aber immer wieder mit vorgeschobenen Formalen Gründen (Anforderung längst eigereichter Dokumente, Behauptung meine Unterschrift sei nicht händisch erfolgt u.s.w.) die Kompensation immer wieder hinausgezogen. Nachdem das über ein Jahr ging, hat Refund.me eine weitere Bearbeitung mit der Begründung abgelehnt, dass europäsches Fluggastrecht nicht gelte - tolle Begründung, als ob das nach über einem Jahr eine neue Erkenntnis wäre.

Weiterhin wurde mir dann nahegelegt mich an AirHelp zu wenden, leider aber ohne zu berücksichtigen, dass AirHelp auch nicht bereit ist solch einen etwas verfahrenen Fall anzunehmen.

More than a year had gone since I try to get compensation from FlyLevel airlines for flight from Barcelona to Santiago de Chile, flight was operated by Iberia airlines. Refund.me was unable even get any response from airline in my case! Then refund.me promised me to engage their Spanish lawyers. And since that time I receiving from refund.me only automated reply on tons of my emails that the very busy (Please note that due to the very high number of requests and holiday season, we may take a little longer to reply.....).

I have had a successful claim, but the pay-out has not yet been received. I have been waiting many months for payment.

No replies are given to emails sent to refund.me.

Do not be fooled,this company is a scam.I have been waiting 4 years for an outcome!When i request imformation,i just get "the case is ongoing" message,now they won't even reply to my messages.Wish i had done more research and opted for a proper company.BEWARE!

Keine Transparenz, schlechte automatisierte Kommunikation, lange Antwortzeiten wenn überhaupt, auf die Rechtschutzversicherung wurde nicht eingegangen, wann und ob jemals ein Schreiben rausging/Tätigkeiten erfolgte weiss ich nicht, ist nicht nachvollziehbar, horrende Kosten. Nie wieder. Ich habe den Eindruck die haben sich voll übernommen und kommen nicht mehr klar.
