Negative 10 stars would be more accurate! Same story here, they are crooks! I’m calling my attorney today to see about opening a class action lawsuit.

If like me, you’ve turned in your confidential medical records and still have not received a refund, please let me know as I am interested in suing this pathetic company!

Literally they take our money and fail to uphold the refund!

I have been trying to get a refund for an event I missed due to becoming Ill on the date 10th Dec 2021. Different requirements requested over multiple emails over 2 weeks….just submitted a third medical certificate.

No stars would be more reflective of the 2 week delay, multiple people requesting different info….

I paid for event refund in case of an injury. I've submitted everything they asked and now, I can't get a response. Be very careful as I'm not sure as to what they'll do with your information. I will contact the event organizer to let them know that they should remove this option from their site.

Straight up crooks. Can't wait to be part of the class action lawsuit of all the people who have been turned away for not honoring their conditions. Save your money and stay away from this company. BUYER BEWARE

This company is a scam!!! I'm fighting still for my refund. I registered to run a Marathon, broke my foot and they refuse to pay. They're claiming the letter I got from the ER physician doesn't suffice. I can't force the physician to write the letter to their aleatory specifications. I've submitted al type of information, including after visit summary and doctor's note, along with the excuse from the physician.

Absolutely scam. Purchased ticket protection on a $20 ticket for a restaurant event. Prior to the event we were contacted by the Health Department of COVID exposure and required to quarantine. Because I ultimately didn't contract COVID, this company won't refund my ticket. Absolutely absurd.

Très bonne entreprise il ont travaillés pendant 6 mois car je j'étais fait voler de l'argent avec Alvexo.

Il m'appelais toute les semaines. Ça à été long mais fructueux.

Je suis très content d'Action Refund.

Monsieur Blo et son équipe ont très bien travaillés. Monsieur Blo ait vraiment un grand professionnel.

Il reste 2 dossiers mais je ne le fait aucun doute : je vais récupérer de l'argent volé.

L'entreprise va travailler sur ces 2 dossiers.

Cela vaux vraiment la peine de faire appel à Action Refund.

J'étais pessimiste mais quand on perd de l'argent ce mais pas facile et Action Refund c'est que qu'il ne fallait.

Ich hab diese Verbrecher nicht beauftragt. Lediglich nur meine Daten eingegeben. Daraufhin sollte ich ein Beauftragungs- Formular ausfüllen und zusenden. Ich hatte dann ein komisches Gefühl und hab nichts weiter veranlasst. Jetzt soll ich 36 Euro bezahlen.

ABZOCKE und Riedl Inkasso ist noch ein größerer ABZOCKER

Ryanair hat schneller das Geld Überwiesen, als Refund sich bewegt hat. Ich habe die darüber informiert, leider nicht gekündig. Keine Mails, keine Rechnungen, keine Mahnung. Jetzt mir Riedl Inkasso werde ich zu 117,02 Euro aufgefordert.

This company is a scam very very nasty towards their customers I was not able to get my time off at work to go on my trip I pay for the protection plan to get a refund and they refused to give me my refund back this is very poor customer service experience and a fry company please do not spend your money with them

Absolute WORST experience! I had to cancel a trip to New Orleans so I attempted to refund my Tour 48 hours in advance. When I submitted my refund application, I was denied a refund. Did I mention that I paid for insurance refund fee and was STILL denied? Please do not give your money to this scam.

After posting a negative review I received a telephone call from a very helpful person who offered to help me with my problem. After explaining the issue she offered to pay my claim which I have now received. It is a shame we had to go through all the trouble to finally get somewhere.......good result in the end.
