Paid the extra fee for refundable tickets, I put reason was emergency and they denied it in they email they said they could not approve it because in the terms it says you can’t get refunded if you no longer want the tickets, except the reason was not because I just decided I no longer wanted them it was because of a business related reason due to machinery and we cannot attend. Refused, and once your case is over say goodbye to your money.

Very clever company. Make out that you are protecting yourself, but make it so difficult to get a refund. Absolute joke. Hope ripe of Britain picks this up. Total joke stay well clear

topped up to pay for food and drink at concert - didn't realize you don't get money back you don't use. They are stealing peoples money

avoid at all costs. false advertising just to get extra money out of you, they do not refund you if you cant go!

Please please avoid. The whole process was so slow, and often steered towards the fact they are taking all the hassle out if claiming directly through Gov.uk. During the process (2 months in) my details were apparently still incorrect with HMRC but to leave it with them. I called directly and honestly HMRC had it sorted within a minute. The lady then said I was able to do all this myself and I would not have to pay any fee and my full rebate would be mine. I got the paperwork through and got in touch with connect refunds to say I had the paperwork for the claim so could just do it myself. They said that I had to ignore that paperwork and do it through them. So I did. Stupidly.
My claim was £2650, which they took £1600. I could have done it myself and would have received the full amount. Please please avoid and if you think you have a claim then speak to HMRC directly

My pregnant wife and I booked a quick weekend getaway after we made it through a rough start to the pregnancy. We purchased the refund policy in case anything came up. The day before we were supposed to go, my wife became sick and couldn’t keep food down. We submitted the refund information and upon request provided a doctors note when we were told it was needed even though we paid for the refund policy. Then, we were informed this wasn’t enough and we needed to submit additional health history information and a more detailed write up from our doctor. We’ve asked for documentation showing where this is stated in any policy and received nothing. This is clearly a scam to make it too difficult to follow through on. I would strongly discourage anyone from paying into this. It’s mind boggling how fraudulent this is.

We bought tickets to Bangkok from Warsaw via TripMonster, after reading reviews I was terrified.. In the day of flight early morning I felt strong pain on the left side of my stomach. We landed in hospital and of course couldn't attend for a flight. I filled refund form from refundable.me website, I got my money back after 4 days for the tickets (without insurance costs). After 1 day lady Sarah replied Me that I need to upload booking confirmation (hotel), so I did it. Then silence occured, so I wrote bad opinion here and suddenly another lady called Me with apologies and ensured Me I will get my money back.

I am very pleased with the outcome of my flight cancellation refund. Although I had issues at the start, Refundable Me refunded my legitimate cancellation claim. Kate (supervisor) phoned to ensure I was pleased with the final process and apologized for any inconvenience. That says a lot about a Company reputation to phone and ensure a positive outcome.

Trash. This company is a joke. Basically all I have learned is to NEVER spend extra to protect any form of event package or vacation. They simply go out of their way to defraud and steal from people. I have provided ample evidence that my flights were cancelled due to an airline strike and they had the audacity to request call transcripts to prove that I tried to get another flight... Its absurd... especially considering what they have already been sent to validate my claim.

How is anyone supposed to know they need to be building a courtroom level of evidence merely to protect ones own money?

These company is trash and the employees are unprofessional and incompetent.

There so called cancellation policy is totally bogus. You have to jump through many hoops including intrusive questioning and evidence provision. It’s a total smokescreen. Don’t use them unless you are 100% sure in your booking requirements and are prepared to lose your money even in the event of simple change of plans.

Everything perfect, difficult to reach Refund.me over the phone but they answered my request by email and refund the lost booking tickets as per the agreement, without any issues. Thanks to all.

Achtung! Die Firma ist unseriös, vielleicht handelt sie sogar betrügerisch. Mein Gutschein von Eurowings wurde bereits vor einem Monat an Ticket Refund ausbezahlt. Eine Mail Anfage wurde nicht beantwortet. Auf einen Einschreibebrief mit der Aufforderung den ausbezahlten Betrag weiterzureichen wurde bisher nicht reagiert.

Ich kann mich den Vorgängern nur anschliessen. Auch ich soll 36 Euro zahlen ohne dass die irgendwas gemacht haben. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert die Firma. Finger weg davon.

I have been sending mails to the team and refund.me is not refunding my money. I have sent them full medical evidence and every time they are making fake excuses for not returning money. I am trying conversation with them from one month and they are troubling me like anything. Can some one help ?

Réclamation déposée le 14/06/2019, procédure normale, notification pour chaque étape parcourue.
Le 30/06/2020, je suis avertie que ma réclamation doit faire l'objet d'une procédure judiciaire... depuis, plus rien.
Au cours de l'année dernière, je contacte RefundMyTicket par mail, on me répond covid, procédures allongées...
Mon dossier n'a toujours pas bougé, figé depuis le 30/06/2020
Aujourd'hui, j'ai juste l'impression d'avoir été menée en bateau par cette société.
