Returned an item in January for either refund or credit note.Two weeks later had no acknowledgement, emailed Reef who responded that for a refund i need to return the item. Explained I had already done so, with no response to this or the now two further emails .
Extremely poor service, and will not purchase from Reef again.
Horrible experience
Horrible experience. I bought a pair of Reef flip flops in a sport shop for my daughter during a holiday. They broke after 2 days and now that I am back home, customer service tells me to handle the issue with the shop which is 10.000km away from me…
Very disappointed!
Very disappointed!! I purchased five pairs of Reef, tennis shoes. I have only worn one pair 5 Times so far, and the heel is already cracked in the back of the shoe. Very disappointed unsatisfied. Total waste of money!!

Ich trage seit 15 Jahren Reef Sandalen.
Als ich nun ein unpassendes Paar zurückschicken wollte musste ich feststellen dass Reef keine Portokosten übernimmt und die Sandalen nach Holland geschickt werden sollen. Ich halte es für ein Unding dass Reef hier die hohen internationalen Portokosten auf die Kunden abwälzt.
Wegen dieser Geschäftspraktiken werde ich nun die Marke wechseln, Reef nicht weiterempfehlen und dementsprechend bewerten.

60 days for a refund???
I’m being told I have to wait 60 days for a credit on shoes I returned, due to the fact the sent the wrong ones. The customer service clerk was as dumb as a box of rocks!!! Don’t buy here!!!
Freundlicher Kundenservice - lieber vor Ort kaufen
Bei meinem 1. Paar Reef Flip Flops (in einem Ladengeschäft erworben) hatte ich einen so angenehmen Tragekomfort, das ich sie trotz des hohen Preises kaufte.
Mein 2. Paar online bestellt erhielt ich erst am 15. Tag, weil das Paket irgendwo "festhing".
Der Kundenservice antwortete mir binnen 48h und war sehr freundlich und hilfreich wegen des länger dauernden Transportweges.
Das Wohlgefühl beim neuen Paar Flip Flops hatte ich jedoch nicht, weshalb ich die Schuhe zurück sendete. Ich wählte einen versicherten Versand, nachdem ich hier so schlechte Bewertungen gelesen habe und mußte dafür 15 € bezahlen, was ärgerlich ist, da diese nicht erstattet werden. Die Rücksendekosten trägt der Käufer.
Die Rückerstattung erfolgte schnell, innerhalb von 1 Werktag nach Ankunft.
Für mich als Reminder: Ich probiere lieber vor Ort an.

Called them to tell them I never wanted and exchange only my refund!
The lady Who was helping me said the notes said I did, well I wonder why because he put the notes in their! So she basically called me a liar! 🤥 Won’t shop at your store ever again
Not good at all
Not good at all. The product looks good, but they are unwearable when wet or sandy.
I was very excited to wear these for this year's summer holiday, which I am still on when writing this review.
On the first day, I wore them to the beach and within a few minutes of getting sandy, they rubbed my skin on the top of my foot at the base of my big toe, going towards the 2nd toe. This was on both feet, but far worse on the right.
When leaving the beach and washing the sandals and feet of sand, the rubbing was made worse by the wet sandals.
Also, they are not slip-resistant on wet tiles.
I emailed Reed and sent pics of my toes. They replied that they cannot help with the product unless there is a manufacturing issue, and do not cover skin irritation, etc.
Overall, I would not recommend this product, especially to any person with diabetes!
I'll be going back to my Haviannas.
Sent my product to the wrong address
Sent my product to the wrong address. Purchased through Shop! I made numerous phone calls along with emails. They would not help me at all. Now someone in another state has my product. First I was told an address can not be changed. Then second call I was told call the carrier (UPS) and UPS, stated reef has to change the address, they are the shippers!! They will not reimburse me my money. I will never ever buy a pair of reefs shoes.
STAY AWAY FROM ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Small sizes, poor customer service
Item description states they're a small fit so go up a size. I did this and they were still small. After a wait for delivery I didn't have time to make contact for return until after my holiday. My return was refused as they stated they had been worn - they hadn't because they don't fit!!
Customer service is awful and slow. I don't recommend their products or the company.

They sent my package to the wrong address which auto populated via Shopify. They don’t answer calls or emails. So now male prisoners at SDCC Las Vegas will be enjoying some women’s sandals. Worst experience ever
Slechte klantenservice van Reef
Slechte klantenservice van Reef. Geen gratis retourkosten alsook geen gratis omruiling qua maten. Ik draag al jaren reef slippers in maat 8/38,5 maar recent al meermaals gehad bij bestellen dat de maat veel groter uit valt dan vroeger het geval was. Qua sizing zit reef er met alle nieuwe modellen compleet naast. In de winkel gaan passen gaat niet want in België zijn er nauwelijks verdelers en indien je naar een verdeler gaat amper beschikbare modellen. Telkens 11€+ retourkosten voor de koper terwijl het reef is die de maten niet meer maakt zoals vroeger. Ook de schoenen worden veel ruimer gemaakt waardoor ze minder ideaal zijn voor smalle voeten. Voor slippers van -+ 90€ hele slechte service

Wish I could give it 0 starts. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I've never written a review for anything but I'm so frustrated. Shipping address automatically hit a slightly wrong address, tried to contact them immediately. It's been 3 days & still nothing. In the meantime they were just shipped today.

Reef has the worse customer service I have ever encountered. Andrea did not help at all. They keep saying i wore the shoes but I tried them on, just like you would do in a store. I am stuck with a $90 pair of sandals that squeak! Terrible

Don’t ever buy anything from Reef customer service is awful and there shoes hurt, I made mistake by buying two pairs and now reef not returning them. I had bad cuts on feet explained everything to customer service but still refused to refund them.
Reef has the worst customer service
Reef has the worst customer service. I ordered sandals for the first time, had a discount code. I ordered two pairs to get free shipping. Received one pair in the mail and after a week inquired about my second. That pair was cancelled without notice because it was out of stock. They didn’t charge me but also didn’t notify me.
I inquire about getting a new discount code and free shipping since my first order qualified for those things but now I have to reorder because they don’t have proper inventory management and people are able to order out of stock items (in 2025? Lol). Long story short, they won’t give me free shipping because I was never charged for that pair. Yet this whole ordeal is because they allowed me to order an out of stock item. A company that charges $60+ for sandals being stingy on shipping costs is embarrassing and tells me they don’t care about their customers. But hey they have money to give influencers discount codes! A joke of a company.
