RBG is easy to use and the price is fair for Airport parking.

Not sure why PVD Airport does not have signs directing you to Garage C since it is on airport property. I assume because it is a private garage. The app works great but I wish I could drop a PIN on my parking spot because the spots themselves are NOT marked on the garage floor. I parked on the 2nd floor but it was in the midsection and confusing to put my own label to remember it. Dropping a PIN would have been much faster and SAFER, as I hate wandering around in the parking garage anytime but especially this time because it was around midnight.
It was not completely intuitive for me to bring up the digital code when it was time to exit the lot, again, at midnight, I found it but why doesnt it just open as my current.\, existing and only reservation without muy having to search for it???

It was the best price, and I didn't have to worry about the safety of myself when I went to pick up my vehicle. Also my return flight was delayed and I could still check out even though the flight was later than expected.

I have a handicapped tag and have always been able to park immediately inside the entry gate. I appreciate that.

Scanning using the QR code coming and going made the experience easy, just need to plan ahead and know how long you'll be parked

I found Red Beam Garage C very easy to use. I was able to reserve a space for the date I needed with a user friendly online process. I got the confirmation and Qcode to scan when I arrived. There was a choice of printing or on cell phone. I found a spot right away. There was a little bit of a long walk to the terminal, but this didn't bother me. Anyone with physical problems this may have been an issue, but I think here may have been a shuttle. Once I returned, it was easy leaving by just scanning your code again. Price was excellent as well. The only down side I saw was there was not much signage on the street for where the garage was locate. I knew from my online description and knowing garage C must be next to A & B. I would use again and recommend.

A little bit of a walk from terminal but the right price for the location!

Very economical and convenient parking at PVD. Only a few extra steps from other two garages but quite a savings. Easy in and out. Recommend

It was nothing but a great experience. Especially making a reservation and not having to keep track of a ticket.

All in all a good experience.the only suggestion I would give is to have a actual human on duty. Many people including myself have gotten stuck in the garage due to malfunction issues in the scanner/opening the Gate
