Prepaid parking fee and easily got into…
Prepaid parking fee and easily got into the garage, parked car and then walked the five minutes to TF Green Terminal. Leaving the garage was also a breeze using the same barcode. I usually park in Long Term D and take the shuttle but this garage charges the same and it was very convenient getting into the terminal.

One step below average. Needs better after hours customer service
It was ok. I didn't like the lack of customer service on a Saturday nite. The 1st customer service representative barely understood English and hung up on my wife when she was trying to deal with an issue for her elderly parents.

The parking worked out well was able to…
The parking worked out well was able to enter and exit garage with no issues using the code you provided. Was not clear on how to use my loyalty code, whether to scan it first then the code for parking or to scan it after scanning the parking code. I used one method on entering and the other on exiting. My loyalty points were credited so at least one method worked. You might want to provide better instructions as to the preferred method. The experience was very satisfactory
