Paid online, scanned barcode in and on the way out. Could have better signage directing you to the terminal but other than that . U can park for peanuts. Actually $67.00 for 5 days

Plenty of parking, inside walkway to the terminal in minutes. Great location

Could not get my phone to scan and let me in. Pushed the button to get a ticket because there were people behind me. Called from my destination to explain the situation and the person I spoke with solved the problem. Thank you so much!!!

All went well, exactly as advertised!

Thought I sent review but will share again that we loved the ability to sign up beforehand and receive a discount.
Will add that we had issues when we checked in (may have been lack of clarity in using the check-in system upon entering gate at the airport) but was resolved when we were in touch by phone with Red Beam upon landing at our first stop. Had we not been able to make phone connection then, the whole experience might have been more difficult.
Only further advice: making access and checkout very easy for seniors (like immediate phone access when issues arise).
Overall great experience.

Everything went well. Signage to "C" poor. First time using garage, but got through okay. Will use again..

I found my experience to be very good. The garage seemed a safe place to leave my car while traveling and a good price.
My only suggestion is better exit marking.
I will definitely use the Red Beam Garage again.

My car was well taking care of. The parking lot was well lit and I felt safe. I was confused that there were two sides level three. But the colors helped because I remember 3rd floor purple so I was able to find my car.

Convenient and inexpensive when compared to the other options. Even though I know exactly where Garage C is, the signage as you enter the airport gives no indication of its whereabouts. This would seem to be the result of some sort of airport power struggle - very Rhode Island.

I found making a reservation and paying online very straightforward. Arriving at the Garage, I somehow ended up at an entrance gate that wasn't working. After some frustration and a phone call that wasn't very helpful, I finally figured out to back up and pull into the adjacent gate, where I was able to enter. Leaving several days later proved to be very simple. All in all, it was a positive experience. Although I had used Red Beam before, it had been at least a couple of years. When I use it again, I think everything will be even easier

I prepaid for a weeks stay. My fight was changed so I altered my arrival time to the garage from 3 pm to 10 am, same day. It charged me an additional $36 dollars??? Same day booking just needed to arrive a few hours earlier. The current price was $8.99 per daily rate. Not sure where the $36 came from!

I was very happy with parking here...the only suggestion I would make is mark a clearer path to the terminal. It was a little confusing negotiating our way to the airport.....ended up in the roadway..

This was pretty easy to find, but hard to remember where I parked coming back... maybe add more signs! Felt safe and had enough room to choose where to park.

Safe, convenient parking for my car while I traveled out of town! I'd use Red Beam again anytime.
