Using the kiosk with a bar code (pre purchase) is needlessly confusing. Push the "Help" button gets no response. And the lost ticket charge is outrageous. I will gladly pay a little more and park in Garage B.

I like the virtual ease of reservation
I like the virtual ease of reservation. But having a contact with unusable circumstances provides peace of mind. Not sure how you monitor hiccups ( unexpected events) and unnerving.

My first experience went pretty well
My first experience went pretty well. I did have some issues finding my way out of the garage at 4AM.ain the end I did find my way out though. Maybe a few more signs would help.
All in all though it was a great experience and will use this garage again.
