It was very convenient, safe, easy to make reservations and economical. I will park there again.

Everything went exactly as it was supposed to go for my parking duration. Easy to purchase in advance, the text link to the receipt/scan code worked perfectly; easy in, easy out.

It appeared that I needed to print the voucher. Couldn’t I have the bar code sent to my mobile device? That’s my only suggestion for a better experience considering printers are no longer a priority purchase as they once were.

The online reservations were very easy. Once at the airport the scanning and parking were simple. Leaving the garage after a long flight was effortless. This is a great way to park at the airport.

The garage is very clean,safe and well lit. A great price price to top it off

My flight was delayed, so I understand having to pay for the additional day (I had prepaid). What I did not appreciate was the fact that there was only one exit gate the night I arrived with no attendant in the vicinity. I had trouble with the scanner and when I called the phone number taped to the machine it went to VOICEMAIL! I would highly recommend going to one of the other garages.

We always have a great experience using Red Beam. Even when our most recent travel got all messed up due to airline issues, they promptly and kindly refunded me the unused portion of our parking stay. I will forever be grateful for the lack of hassle compared to the IMMENSE airline hassle. Well done, Red Beam. We're customers for life.

Great price - nice and close to terminal!
Everything worked out perfectly using Garage C and prepay.

Signs at airport for some reason don't include Garage C - but as long as you go to arrivals exit/area, it is easy to find.

Very easy to find website, garage and spaces. Tickets are easy to use. Very close to terminal.

On 6/22/22, the gate didn’t open at 5:30 am and there was a line of cars waiting. We couldn’t find a phone number to call or an attendant for 20 minutes. Finally, we’re instructed to go to an alternate entrance. Left voicemail to provide feedback and call wasn’t returned.

We had a great experience and paid a great price. Will definitely will use again!

Reservations were straightforward. Printout was easy for entry. Parking was relatively easy to get. Car was safe when I returned. Leaving garage was not difficult.

Got in at 2:30 am and thought I would have an issue because our flight was 8 hours late. I had no issues at all and was pleased I did not receive an up charge. Great rates and will continue using garage C on future trips.

Red Beam Garage went without a hitch. It is nice not to spend an arm and a leg to park.

It was kind of annoying that the guy in front of me at the payment both took about 10 minutes fiddling and diddling and fiddling and diddling leaving me sitting there at 12:40 a.m. wondering when I'm going to get home.
