Everything went well. Found a parking spot. Easy exit

This garage is the best deal going at PVD. Love the proximity, the app and ease of reserving and paying for parking. However, getting in was an issue as one of the two gates was not working but not labled as such. We attempted to get help from the call button and the attendent told us to take a ticket. This was not sound advice since we had prepaid and had a code. We eventually, backed out and used the other gate with no issue. Upon departure, there was only one gate available and it was not working well, causing a long line of cars in the early hours of the morning to exit the garage. I would rate this experience a 5 if there was better service in and out of the garage.

Was wonderful experience for my first time storing my car for a week.

One of the ticketing machines did not work because it was not registering my bar code being scanned. I pushed the button on the machine for live assistance but no one answered. So, I used the other machine and there was no paper in it to print out a ticket, as the machine indicated. Later, when exiting the garage, the exit closest to me was closed. Very awful experience!

Smooth parking experience with Red Beam Garage. Only downfall we had is that we forgot to scan our barcode when entering so it does not allow you to scan it when paying so we ended up paying for an extra day

This was such a great experience! So glad we found red beam garage! We are in between both Boston, MA and Providence, RI airports and its so much better flying out of Providence! (If airlines do so?) Easy walk to terminal and affordable! Would definitely use again!

Great on line experience

One of the Entrance gates wasn't working properly when we arrived & when we left the exit lanes were closed & we had to use the other exit. The person in front of us had issues getting out & it delayed us.

This was my first time using the airport parking. I feel it was well worth it, very convenient! My only feedback is there’s no directions as to what to do once you park your car. There’s no clearly marked area to get you from parking to the terminals. Other than that, I will definitely use this service again.

I prepaid and made an appointment on June 22. when I arrived the gate would not rise causng a backup with others, no one to call. finally able to get in on post road side. not happy at 5 in the morning.

Very good only one problem were is the walk way to the airport,not clearly marked or directions for a first time user

Best long term parking at TF Green. Easy walk to terminal, my truck was in a covered garage and safe. Very reasonably priced as well. Will definitely use this garage again

Could not figure out how to obtain the low daily price that was advertised. The first gate I attempted to go through, upon entry with my bar code, would not let me in. After 5 minutes of frustration, had to back up and go through the other gate.

We parked our car in this lot while we visited our daughter in NC. We had no problems, except for forgetting where we parked the car, but finally found it. It's a little bit of a walk to the airport, but not too bad at all, most of it is through the garage.

The app and service worked as advertised and that was definitely a comfort with a 12:30 AM arrival!

I am wondering why the exit near the airport entrance is still closed forcing customers to exit directly onto Post Road heading north only. If someone wants to go south, they have to make a long detour around.
