It was fine. Because of flight delays, I left the parking lot at 3 am and the exit location confusing to locate. Better signage would elevate the issue

My online reservation was quick and easy; however, upon exiting the garage late at night, wanting to go home… Many people were finding it difficult to use the automated gate exit. We waited about 20 to 30 minutes before we were able to exit due to multiple confused people. Other drivers, had to exit their cars while in line to exit, to assist confused people at the automated gate. I myself had no problem but multiple others did. I had also been expecting a live person working at the gate. If possible, improvement may be needed at the exit gate.

4AM on 7/09/22 Gates not working a main entrance, no one to help, phone only had recording that said Post rd gate closed, keep trying bar code finally had to back out of entrance and go to post rd where are worked by now 440AM, had to run to catch 515 flight, I had 2 reservations so both of us were almost late, VERY UNACCEPTABLE, will not use again and will tell everyone not to also

This is the second time I used this garage. Check in and Check out is fairly easy. The only complaint I had was no one was there when I needed help. The colors are confusing and I could not find my car. I parked in 2 yellow which is downstairs but apparently there is yellow upstairs which confused me. After 20 minutes I finally found my car. The prices are good and will be using them again in the future.

Garage is great and online system is easy. The gates that lead to airport loop are out quite often but it is not hard to navigate to the alternative gates.

Called with a problem your automated system wouldn’t address. Left 10 messages in two days, No one returned my calls. Very frustrating.
I called your main headquarters and they fixed the problem in 4 hours.

Being able to book and pay for parking in advance is a great feature. Rates for members allow for savings over daily rates as well. Really good value for long-term parking.

No need for shuttle. Covered garage and cheaper than lot E. Exit was a little confusing but otherwise will definitely park there again!

I prepaid for my parking. When I scanned the QR code the gate did not open. Had to backup and use another one. On my way out the main exit was blocked out of service. And yes, on my return I found my car where I left it parked. Therefore, 1 out of 3 were good. You decide how good that is

This is a very affordable option compared to parking in Boston or in another garage. You can easily walk to your car after your flight. If you have to extend your stay they automatically adjust so that you don’t have to worry and the process is seamless and automated. I recommend making a reservation because I’ve arrived at the garage where they worn that you can’t get in without one

Easy in and easy out at a reasonable price.

Very easy to use. In and out with a barcode on my dashboard. Most of the walk to the terminal is under roof cover.

Everything great until we attempted to exit. Had to go out to Post Road, no signage. Then uturn back to arrival to pick up family. Inconvenient at best.
