Professional and courteous

Friendly, helpful and Professional!
When I was involved in a crash at the start of the year I was extremely worried about what that meant for my job and my ability to see my family, however Jayne from Recovery assist Solicitors could not have been more friendly, professional and helpful. She guided me through the whole procedure to ensure that I understood everything and got the best outcome possible. Thank you so much Jayne and co. for all your help and support. I dealt with Jayne and all I can say is thank you! She has been very helpful throughout this whole process and patient with me, even with 101 of my questions. I’m also pleased on the advice she gave in regards to a payout, she told me wait and if I hadn’t, my payout would of been less. Would 100% use again. Thank you

A big thank you to Jayne and Chloe at Recovery Assist. Very professional and efficient. They turned a bad situation into a positive outcome and managed to push for a quick result. My accident happened in August and by the end of the month the 3rd party company accepted fault. I hope to never be in an accident again but if i were you know who I’m calling.

Throughout the whole case I had nothing but support and my solicitor was great at getting everything done for me and getting as much out of the case for me as she could I really appreciate everything that’s been done for me.
