I had a very negative experience with this firm. As a survivor of abuse, I reached out for help while dealing with false allegations being made against me. Instead of receiving support, I found both the solicitor and the receptionist dismissive and unprofessional.
The solicitor in particular made discouraging comments and even told me I would not succeed in getting a domestic violence letter. Thankfully, the allegations against me did not go through because I had clear evidence, and I did in fact receive the letter I was told I would fail to get.
This experience left me feeling silenced rather than supported. I believe the staff here need urgent training in handling sensitive situations and engaging with survivors respectfully. Survivors deserve compassion, understanding, and competent guidance — unfortunately, that was not my experience with this firm.

I have used Lovell & Chohan solicitors twice and have been very satisfied with their service each time. They helped me to reach the best possible outcomes and any queries along the way were responded to fast. I would 100% recommend this company.

Grahame at Lovell Chohan saved the day in a long and tortuous house purchased where other Solicitors had spent months going round in circles and generally being unhelpful (understatement). Grahame on the other hand was clear, kind and got things wrapped up in a few short weeks. I had spoken to so many people about my woes with my other Solicitors looking for alternatives and I had not had one single person say they recommended any property lawyers they had worked with (seriously not one!) To the extent that I just assumed the system was broken. As it turns out, any failures in the system can be managed quickly and with a human heart; if you have the right team. The best solicitor I have ever come across! Lovell chohan gave the best legal advice to my mum and made her feel comfortable. He sympathised with her and made sure not to worry.
