Great follow up!
My problem was unable to be resolved during the phone call, however, your representative promised to ring me back and he did, and then helped me to navigate my way back into the program. It is good to know that when a problem arises, someone will help to fix it in a timely manner. Thank you!

I HAVE ALWAYS FOUND RECKON STAFF HELPFUL IN ANY ENQUIRIES. AS I DONT WORK IN AN OFFICE AND AM NOT EXPERIENCED IN USING COMPUTOR PROGRAMMES, THE STAFF HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY PATIENT WITH ME AND GUIDED ME THRU THE STEPS NEEDED TO COMPLETE MY INQUIRY.
