Why is it always taking forever for y'all to redeem a gift card I've never had this problem with any online casino and I'm on several platforms in their less than 24 hours get your s*** together

I have tried redeeming my prize for 24hrs, and used 3devices, 2 browsers, attempting to verify my address using my utility bill, one device keeps returning to the lobby, the other two keeps giving me an check your Internet connection but, took my purchase just fine, anyone knows why I can't redeem a prize or how to connect with support?

I have been waiting as of today 29 days for a measly 100$ redemption (August 17th) I have never had a site take anywhere near this long I have been waiting almost an entire month and every time I message support they tell me to be patient and keep waiting. Very disappointed with this site will never use again if I have to wait 30 days or more for redemptions.

I'm glad that I didn't review this site prematurely. I really thought my Redemption would go quickly because the verification process took less than 24 hours. I've been waiting for a week for my Redemption to be approved. When I email them, they just tell me that someone is actively reviewing it It is ONE redemption for $100. There is no way anyone is actively doing anything!

If I could -100 stars I would! I created an account on 9/12 & the playing experience was amazing. This morning on 9/13 I attempted to redeem my winnings and my verification failed stating that my documents has already been submitted to another account. I have NEVER had an account with Real Prize and upon reaching out to support to try and find out what's going on and fix the issue they sent me an email back stating that my account was permanently deactivated. What kind of customer service is that, instead of trying to fix the issue or tell me what's going on you just shut down my account and keep my winnings. I would NEVER suggest anyone play on this platform, very very sketchy!

looks like they just approved a good batch of redemptions. Just wish they wouldn’t take a month with 0 update. Will not be spending any more money on this site and would advise yall don’t to. Mine took exactly 30 days. bs 🫩🙄

After a previous experience with a long redemption time I must say Real Prize has made HUGE PROGRESS with the redemption time! I have received 2 redemptions to Skrill in less than 24 hours and I Love their games as well!! With the redemption time issue fixed I will say this...Fun Games, Great Packages, Fast Redemptions...THANK YOU REAL PRIZE!!!

Cashed out 103 on sept 5. Just got an email this morning sept 12 finally saying approved. Received the email saying 1-4 days and it’s day 4 and nothing is in my account.
I don’t think I’ll be playing here anymore.
They gave me the runaround about a $50 chipotle card and now it’s my coins.
Update: so after receiving the email about being processed and approved 4 days ago
I contacted them and the response was your redeem is in review
How is it in review and y’all sent me the email stating it was approved.
I wish I could give this rating a negative 50.
This situation needs to be rectified and they need to honor their email.

Still waiting on a response for a cash payout. They keep telling me to take pictures of my card but still haven’t cashed. I’m beginning to think it’s a scam

❌ Absolute Nightmare - Avoid at all costs! Falsely denying verification to steal winnings!Do not trust RealPrize Casino. They are doing everything they can to steal my $1,000 winnings. My account was officially verified months ago in May, but now that I want to cash out, they are suddenly lying and claiming I am not verified.I have given them my bank account information and screenshots of my virtual debit card as requested. They still keep delaying my payout and making excuses. This is a predatory company that takes your money instantly but plays games when it is time to pay you what you legally won. They are a deceptive and crooked platform. Avoid them at all costs unless you want your money stolen! If I could give them -0 I would!?!

This casino started out fun for the first month. Then you keep putting money in and you get nothing in return. And then if you write a message to complain about it, they will give you a couple extra bonuses or turn it on so you start winning again. And as fast as it goes on, they turn it right back off. You waste so much money on this site. I’ve lost way more than I won and you can sit there for weeks upon weeks and not hit any bonuses. It just takes your money..

Screwed me outta finally getting a win. Had x100 on a .50 bet. They paid me 10.00. I wrote them, they said all prizes are final. RECORD YOUR PLAYS. prolly wont matter but better chance if you have evidence. Been on this site over a year and have only ever had enough to redeem once and it was the minimum. Not my go to at all but I appreciate the free plays daily.

Realprize I remember used to be a good site! I could win some money and have it next day. Now it’s taking WEEKS! To receive my redemption. Communication is practically non existent with customer support, I’ll be closing my account down as soon as or IF I ever receive my money. I’ve even flagged them with my bank as potential fraud. If enough people do this it will shut them down. If you’re angry with this website please I urge you to call your bank, have some proof of when the redemption was, if it’s been over the “5 business days” your bank will refund you on any purchases made with the site…. STAY AWAY! DO NOT USE REALPRIZE!

UPDATED!!! My redemption went from pending to completed in less than 48 hours. Redeemed 09/09/2026 at 2:45am, completed 09/10/2026 at 8:45pm. Said I would receive the funds in my bank in 1-4 days!

Waiting for my redemption to be processed, it’s still pending, I’m waiting on a 480$ redemption to process.

I thought yall were doing better when it came to redemptions.. but apparently not… I thought it would go smoothly within 12 hours yall wanted me to verify my new card.. I did immediately… but here I am 48 hours later and still no redemption in sight… I should have it by now… but I don’t..all I get is a “thank you for your patience” when I’ve tried telling yall that I needed this redemption.. and I still get nothing.. please fix this issue. No one should have to wait over 24 hours for a redemption under $1000
