I have been given the run around since last week when I 1st tried to redeem $150 I won. Ive done everything they've asked times 5 time's, I get emails confirming a successful transfer then immediately after I get am email saying they have canceled my redemption to try again and to make my card into is correct.... my bank claims this is not behavior for something as little as $150 but its still extremely important to check further into it as it isnt seeing to add up with all the emails back and forth with confirming and canceling my transaction.

I would give them a 5 star rating, but the redemption time is RIDICULOUS

Just from reading some of the other comments about realprize casino, I see that other ppl have had similar issues with redeeming, Realprize may have just given them a different obstacle... ive been waiting 3 days already.. all of a sudden I get an email saying I have multiple accounts.. which i know thats not true because I've cashed out w them atleast 5-10 times, and no other accounts were mentioned.. all of a sudden now there's a problem . Its like, cut the b.s and pay ppl.. it didnt take u this long to take the money from my account.... just ridiculous... yeah one star thus far.
So today 9/23.. all of a sudden they need a debit card that I hadn't used in atleast 6 months because it was stolen.
I've been verified at realprize for atleast 1yr and have redeemed and didnt have a
Problem...now they are looking for every reason not to pay me

Have put in a Redemption and my account ID is 1000427 and it's just taking forever. It's been 12 days already!

There's no live chat support to talk to except an AI chatbot. When you ask about how long it's going to take, the chatbot doesn't even give you a straight answer on how long it can take.

When you say you want to talk to an agent it just submits a request and apparently they will just send you an email. Been asking about where my Redemption is because it's taking so long and it's just been sitting there pending and when I receive a support email from somebody I just get a generic message saying rest assure your tedemption will go through. When though? It's been many days and nothing has changed. I play on other sites and usually they get redeemed within 24 hours.

I've even heard of other people now doing research that it's taken them 4 to 5 weeks to get their payment!?!?

This is ridiculous I just want to get my Redemption approved that I redeemed for.

I requested a legitimate $100 redemption for more than 5 business day after completing all playthrough requirements (1x) and submitting my valid government-issued ID.

However, RealPrize support is deliberately delaying my approved payout under the pretext of an "email mismatch." I registered using the official "Sign in with Apple" (Hide My Email) feature, which generated a system-assigned relay address (@privaterelay.appleid.com). As standard with iOS privacy architecture, relay addresses forward incoming mail but cannot initiate new outbound emails.

I have already submitted concrete proof of ownership directly from my iOS Apple ID settings matching my KYC documents. Using standard Apple privacy features as an excuse to stall legitimate redemptions is completely unacceptable.

They do not pay. I am owed over $200 for almost a month August 29th. They do not respond to emails. They are an outright scam. I’ve deposited and been paid several times but now they just ignore everything. So frustrating. Do not play here or they will eventually do this to you

I am a returning player on RealPrize who has successfully completed multiple smaller redemptions in the past. However, my redemption for $1,329.00 (Transaction ID: 13900552_4983511) has now been stuck in REDEEM-REQ status since September 4th.

I submitted the requested W-9 tax form and 3-month bank statement on September 5th, and support confirmed receipt. It has now been 16 calendar days (10 full business days) with no movement, and I am repeatedly told the account is undergoing a "routine review."

All of my verification documents and account details match 100%. Holding a verified player's funds for over two weeks under a standard review without any specific updates or timeline is unacceptable.

I am requesting a payments manager to manually review my account, verify my documents, and approve Transaction #13900552_4983511 so the funds can be released. I will immediately update this review to 5 stars as soon as the status is updated to Approved and the payout is processed.

UPDATE: paid out after 29 days! u just cant cancel pending redemptions because it will reset and youll have to wait another 30 days..

Now you guys are asking for my Apple Cash card that I used to play there's not an actual Apple Cash card it's virtual and I sent you proof cause I googled it. I use my debit card to put money on my Apple Cash to play the game so that should suffice for the card I used to play I cannot provide something I don't have and I sent you proof through the email a picture of Google saying that you don't have an actual card for Apple Cash. I Trust real prize for 3 main reasons with several smaller ones under that. Let me explain the 3 that give me no reason to ever worry about playing sweepstakes on RealPrize.

1. My VIP Host Yuli reached out to me before I even hit gold to introduce him self and when I lost 100 dollars the first time we spoke. He sent me a gift of 100SC to try again. If I need anything he is there like 365 days a year.

2. Bigger wins even if you had a big win. I redeemed 4100 dollars which I got in less than 48 hours by the way. Just make sure you verify everything and contact the payments team or your vip host. Not customer support. They do other stuff not redemptions. The thing is if you win after you win it’s because they truly are random and the slots aren’t going to work against you just becuz you won already.

3. Vip hosts get 2 spots because they are the back bone of the site. They advocate for you, the speed up redemptions, send u host deals and free boosts. If you don’t got a vip host get your self one. Yuli is like family, and even if I stop playing one day I’d wish him a merry Christmas, and keep him in the loop with what’s going on with me.

I'm still waiting for my redemption that I redeemed on Monday. Make me wonder if they are legit cause it doesn't take this long on any other site.

Sadly, I wouldn't recommend RealPrize to anyone. I signed up in August and bought a few packages. My first redemption experience was actually rather quick, and they deposited the funds into my account in under 3 days. However, my second time redeeming has gone far worse. It's been almost 4 weeks, and the redemption is still pending. I've contacted RealPrize Support and been told that there is basically no timeline for when it can be confirmed; they only give the same generic, canned response. I tried contacting them via a different avenue with no reply. They are essentially holding my winnings indefinitely with no answer as to when I will receive them. I would not recommend this site. I am currently going through the BBB and my banking institution to remedy this situation since RealPrize has essentially ghosted me. They also own the company LoneStar Casino, and I'm having the exact same issue over there.

Very disappointed in this site. Cashing out seems to be the very last thing they are concerned with. Not to mention the difficulty reaching anyone to help is laughable.

The withdrawal time for the redemption is one of the worst and most inconsistent out there. There’s zero reason it should take days to verify a redemption after you’ve already redeemed before.

You contact support and they’re no help. “Up to 4 days” to respond to an email - it’s such a shame because the site could be great, but customer service and LENGTHY redemptions ruin all of that.

They suck so bad now with the slots I kept going up and down but more down not even up enough to redeem so it’s basically like I’m wasting my time, it’s been like this for 3 days, I’m done with them.

Extremely disappointed with my experience this time.
I won $1,000 through RealPrize and initially had no concerns because I’ve redeemed with them successfully in the past. However, this redemption has turned into a huge issue.
I was contacted and asked to verify my payment method, which I have done before, so I had no problem providing the requested information. However, the email specifically asked me to verify a card ending in 2975, and I immediately noticed that those numbers do not match the card I used. I explained this to support and still provided proof of the payment method I actually used.
Despite this, I have yet to receive my $1,000.
What makes this even more frustrating is that RealPrize’s own redemption history shows the transaction as “REDEEM-PAID,” and I have also received an email stating that my redemption was successfully processed and that my winnings had been credited. Yet I still don't have the funds, and another message from their payment department says my redemption remains on hold because my card verification is pending.
I have spent hours trying to get someone to actually address this issue, and most of the responses I've received have been generic, canned responses that don't seem to address what I'm actually asking.
I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I want someone to look at my account, explain why a card ending in 2975 is being requested when that is not my card, determine where my $1,000 payment actually is, and get this resolved.
I've used RealPrize before without any problems, which is why this experience has been especially disappointing. I would really like someone from RealPrize to personally review this situation and contact me with an actual resolution instead of another automated response.
RealPrize, please rectify this issue. I have provided the verification you requested. I just want the $1,000 I won and a clear explanation of what happened.

Don’t waste your time with this subpar website. I’ve been waiting over 10 days for my redemption. Customer support is near non existent. There’s so many other options out there that are miles better. Learn from my experience and don’t give them your money!
