Taking forever for a 50.00 gift card. no more playing on real prize for me.
Still no gift card this is from from August 25 and today is September 16

Customer service is always quick and very kind! I receive my redemptions quickly. The fastest I've received a redemption was less than 24 hrs using my debit card. Also, the have so many games to choose from!

However, I put $99.99 to play on this game. I won $150 which made me with a payout of $250.
When it was time to redeem, it came up verification. I did the verification, sent in documents it didn't except. However, when I found out what had to be sent in, I sent 2 verification form in. I have been email back and forwarded with no response back from the company. They say 24/7!! Why no response 😕 🤔 I keep getting a Unfortunately ‼️‼️error

Can someone tell me what should I do from here?

I've been playing on Real Prize for about a month. I really did give it a shot, but my main concern is the volatility of the games. Yes, I understand this is gambling and there are good and bad streaks. The level of overall dead spins is very noticeable or poor bonuses. I rotate between 10 sites, but I play heavily on 3 of them. They all have their moments, but I can hop around on enough games to find one that feels good with the RTP. I really haven't seen that here. It kind of dawned on me though why it feels so rough. While they do have a number of providers, many of the games are essentially the same thing with just different skins. I can't say I've seen this many 3x3 hold and win games on any other site. I can find many of these games on other sites, but they're not what I would call their bread and butter like they seem to be on Real Prize. Don't get me wrong, the 3x3 hold and wins can be fun, but they aren't my go to games because of the volatility. If I have a fairly large balance, I'll give them a play due to their potential for big wins.

They do have other games, but most of them again are similar and follow the same 5x5 reels with 3 scatter bonuses along with hold and spin bonuses.

For what I've spent on the site vs what I've cashed out is pretty shocking. Ive done 1 redeem. I did have to reach out after almost a week of waiting, but with it being my first one I knew it would take a little time, so I can't really provide a review for this part.

They offer a number of coin packages, but they are fairly ridiculous in cost. For example, I had an offer for 5,000 SC for $4,000. Yes, it's nice that I would get 1,000 SC free, but I'm not willing to commit that much money on a single purchase on any site let alone here. There are other packages available, but again many of them are well above $1,000.

Their tier system is lacking. There are no bonuses for advancing, so it doesn't feel like I'm working towards anything.

I think they could benefit from showing what others are playing and won. Kind of like other sites that show a banner with big wins. Right now it feels like I'm alone in a big casino. I know that sounds odd, but there's no real feel to it being a "social casino".

Overall would I recommend the site? Not really. I would definitely say check it out for the initial new beginner bonus and see if you can turn it into a redemption.

Great site. Quick pay outs

I requested my withdrawal of $350 on August 27 and then my account was immediately restricted, and I still have not received my winnings. What a coincidence!

I have reviewed RealPrize’s terms and have not found any provision that applies to my situation allowing them to simply hold my $350 without providing a clear reason or resolution.

I have contacted customer support and filed a complaint with the BBB. I am now sharing my experience here and hope RealPrize resolves this and pays the $350 they owe me.

I sent in a request for redemption on August 30th, and everything that was asked of me was sent. At this time no one can give me a time frame for when to expect my funds. No other platform does this from my experience. I continue to receive the same emails stating that everything is ok the appropriate team is handling this. I’ve never had to wait this long.

Same here I made a redemption request and still have yet to receive any information any approval on the request I really hope that this site is legit and can provide the best outcome, but I yet to receive it real prize I don’t know

Ive had a couple lucky redeems, however, it took countless loads to finally hit minimum redeem. Also, on my last two loads at $50 and $15, the system crashed out of my feature games, and i was not allowed to get my feature spins back after logging back in. Then the system crashed in game, while i was trying to get my spins back, I logged back in and my money was gone. Down to $0.11. Like how is that possible. I have a new iphone 16 and all systems are working finer than they should.

Wish we could put zero stars. Going on 2 weeks with no redemption. Every email is the same automated response. Stay far away from this casino when there are plenty of other great ones who pay out your winnings.

I requested redemption on Aug 13th and have not yet received my cash prize to Skrill. I reached out to support several times and received no information. I will not be using this site again unless they can make this right quickly

I've been trying to redeem for a few days now and every time I receive an email stating that they have tried to redeem to the card that I've selected but it won't go through. Now keep in mind that every other casino I play at, it works. It's also the card(s) that I make my deposits with. And every time they cancel and put the money back in my account it starts the redemption time over. This is ridiculous and I tried to reach out to live chat but get no response. It's just another tactic these casinos use hoping you play the money back. This will now make the third time they have cancelled my redemption. I've sent in proof of ownership of the cards and all. Why is it that the other casinos have no problem getting my redemptions to go into the account but My Prize can't? Something isn't right and my account isn't the problem here. Once they stop with the games I'll change my review but as of now it stays. Be careful here guys.
