Literally all they have to do is press a button bc I was asking to speak to someone regarding the way this has been handled they have literally retaliated by put my redemption to the back I’m sure 😭 the first redemption I did with them was in my account with in 48 hours of submission, do it definitely doesn’t need to take this long. So who ever I made mad is definitely making this harder then necessary😭 . Do not use this site. There are so many other ones (crown casino 🥰) that are responsive and consistent. They don’t care about their customers. This is a warning to anyone who is thinking about using this site to play on. Do not do it. Go to crown or literally any other one ! After I get my redemptions I’m never using it again!! You should not either!! Unless you want to go through hell to get your winnings!

Started out pretty good other than the long wait to get my money redeemed after winning some. Is last time I've tried to get money redeemed has been a horrible process. Asking me to the gift card information to show verification of the account. I think back and forth with that for 2 weeks restarted the redemption three times on the third time now it's been bad. Hopefully I can get the money out there
