SCAM! its been more than a month still has not payed SCAM!

This is not my first redemption with this platform, but I have noticed the redemption times and become significant as slower than they were previously that is concerning, especially when other platforms are able to process redemptions and have funds deposit into a bank account within 24 hours or less I’m currently waiting on this redemption and it has already highlighted the issue for me giving two stars for now because my experience with a platform has been decent overall with the length of time it takes to receive funds is becoming a problem if this redemption is approved and paid within a reasonable timeframe I’ll be happy to increase my rating if it takes more than five days after approval, however, I’ll have to reconsider based on the actual experience, I’m hoping the process improves because I would like to continue using the platform, but faster and more consistent redemption would make a big difference.

I only won twice first time took a week, and this second time was only 2 days and I’m thankful because after reading reviews i was so nervous about it but Ty RP!! B back soon!

My first redemption was less than 24hrs, this is my second redemption using the same information as the 1st redemption and it’s been over 72hrs now and I’m still waiting

Realprize is all over the place with their redemptions. Last week I had won $100.00 so I cashed out and to my surprise I was paid within a couple hours. A few days later I decided to put some more money into their site as the redemption time had changed and was now only a couple hours. WRONG! I have now been waiting days for another $100.00 redemption. I have talked to their chat bot without being able to get to a human, I have emailed them and have not gotten a reply. I don’t understand how one day you can approve and send my money within hours and a few days later it takes days. I have A remaining balance to cash out but I refuse to cancel my current redemption and it take even longer to get my money! The site itself is great, there are a lot of fun games, I just wish they would redeem within a reasonable time frame and not just keep you waiting for days to even approve it. If there is a problem, email me, don’t keep me waiting!

I requested a redemption and it was not approved for over 2 weeks. I cancelled it and re-requested. Now it has been waiting to be approved for another two weeks and i am extremely frustrated with this company. It should not take this long to approve a redemption request.

Hit for 300.00 on September 23rd. Its now October the 6th and i haven't heard anything. I use to love this site. Whats going on with them. They have slipped for REAl, where's my PRIZE? THE BOT IS NOT AI, NO SMARTS THERE. IT JUST REPEATS THE EXACT SAME PHRASE OVER AND OVER, NOT HELPFUL. WHEN I CHECK MY REDEMPTION ON THEIR SITE, IT SAYD PENDING, IT HAS SAID PENDING SINCE I CLICKED REDEEM ON THE 23RD. I WISH I COULD GET SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE. Its been almost 3 weeks. The site use to be a 10. Idk what has happened. But apparently something major has. They went from hero to zero, in a year and a few months. Shape up guys. Whats up with you ?

I redeemed almost 3 days ago, still my redeem is showing pending.

I enjoyed the app until I finally went to redeem and now It’s been pending for 48 hours I completed the steps weeks prior and it won’t process my redeem and also it is impossible to get ahold of a human

Thus social Casino is the worst experience I have ever had with trying to get a redemption
It took over one month the first time so I assumed the second time would be smoother. They waited for almost 2 weeks then tried to get me to fill out a W9 and verify my bank account by sending them three statements through email which is not going to happen I’m going to be contacting the Better Business Bureau if I do not get my redemption so play at your own risk just don’t expect a redemption in less than 30 days.

I have been waiting since september 19 for a redemption and they cannot provide any real information other than that my redemption is "in review". This is honestly absurd

Realprize has a decent layout and game selection. I would like to see an addition of more providers but it is solid.

2 things that prevent this from being 4 stars:

Redemptions take a little too long for debit transfers. Usually within 3-4 days (But gift cards have always been about a day for me).

Customer support could be a bit more responsive for this high volume site.

Definitely a reliable site, just need to speed things up to keep up with other competitors.

This sweepstakes casino used to be pretty decent they have a good selection of games and they give free sweeps coins on social media frequently. Lately though they are taking a ridiculously long time to pay out when you win. When a lot of casinos and betting apps can have your winnings in your bank in less than 24 hours, what is the problem at Realprize.com that I am waiting 3+ days for a Prizeout GIFT CARD?! ive cashed out before ( for actual money, not even gift card)and it was not this slow but recently they just going downhill

Currently waiting on a payout of $3000, submitted at 5:30 am CST on 10/3/26.. received my very first redemption less than 24 hours of $2400 on 9/12/26... Everytime I play on RealPrize I win over $2,000+... Great experience so far!! So, Hopefully this redemption will have the same progress!! Will update stars if redemption is received timely again!!!

Realprize once was decent, now it's seem that this site is a money grab. I've been playing for over a year on this site. I even have a hostess, She's grate but the problem is it's hard to win a grand or even a major on their site, bonuses sucks, if you purchase a bonus just know you may just end up with 0, also some of the games lagging, glitches & kick you out. That's how you know they are rigged to steal money they give free spins every now & then but they dead spins. I'm about to close out my account, I've never win any big jackpot, it's always been in small increment. So Realprize.com consider that you are loosing a valued customer who once enjoyed playing on your site.

Had over $3500 and when I continued to spin the site started to lag and ultimately went down. Instead of stopping the ability to spin, Realprize took all of my SC!!! This site is deceptive and intentionally takes very long to approve redemptions if hopes that you continue to gamble. Many sites offer instant redemptions and there is absolutely no excuse for Realprize to take this long. I will be pursuing legal action for their deceptive practices.
