RealPrize.com Recensioni

I have had a withdrawal pending for 4 days now and it shows 24-48 hours and I’ll have it? I play this site because it’s fun but also because before I was paid pretty fast. No emails for verifications I’m already verified. I request an expedited withdrawal I am a loyal player here that plays a lot. If I get the withdrawal in a timely manner I will edit my post letting yall know how long it took and change to 5 stars

RealPrize: Easy to Take Your Money, but Why So Difficult to Pay Your Winnings?

It's frustrating how RealPrize seems to have no problem accepting deposits, but when it's time to pay players their legitimate winnings, everything becomes complicated.

I currently have a $600 withdrawal pending. I've had to deal with payment verification requests, delays, a lack of clear answers from customer support, and now the entire website is under maintenance.

Why is depositing money so simple, but withdrawing winnings so difficult?

Players deserve the same efficiency and professionalism when receiving their winnings as the company provides when accepting deposits.

I'm not asking for special treatment. I'm simply asking RealPrize to process my legitimate $600 withdrawal and provide a clear explanation for the delay.

Trust is earned when a company pays its customers, not just when it takes their money.

Has anyone else experienced similar withdrawal issues with RealPrize?

Great platform

I like the site, just made my first redemption request this morning, kinda terrified after reading all these comments. Would be helpful to talk to a live agent quicker than 4 days

I’ve deposited thousands and only won couple hundred. It’s hard to win anything with this casino. Its actually boring! Don’t expect to win anything off of free play ( SC ). 98% of there games RTP & volatility are low. You can win 50$ from a bonus but that’s all your getting aka to make it look like your wining something. Remember cash out limit is 100$. And let me login… im getting hit with 1000$ promotions. Ive been playing on this casino over a year and my experience is bad

Good graphics

It works well i havent won't very n much cuz the stones to high but the all works so there is that. I don't knownifnthey arenhoodnabiurbcashjng in a business or if its all gobbledegook or jibberinamish

I'm so happy you win real money I love these games

Used to be my favorite but redemption times lately have been disappointing and customer service just always says the same thing this is probably my last time playing on this site

Everyone told me that this website was not real when it comes to payouts but I have already received two gift cards and a 100$ payment to my account I have one now in processing it is taking a few days but hey at least I know that it's real it's even in the name REALPRIZE thanks wiley kneece

The redemptions take forever I have tried to redeem numerous times and they make u wait so long for the transaction to even get approved ! Realprize please hurry with my redemption !!!!!

They are very slow at redemptions and their customer service is even slower. After long periods of arguing with an A.I. bot that does nothing but repeat the same answers, it may or may not send you to support. However, its only a support ticket that gets created and you can give no insight or explanation to what your even needing support for. It then tells you that THEY WILL REACH OUT TO YOU BY EMAIL. Thats all. ITS BEEN almost 3 DAYS AND NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME AT ALL. Not happy with this and their processes!!!

I love the games and how good the winning rate is , but whats the point in winning what i cant even get to redeem . So far i had tried to redeem my winnings but when i try to verify my account it tells me that i have no internet connection when i do , and when i actually get it to upload they say it isnt the right document . I sent an email to their support team about it but when i tried to get the file to suppkrt i have the same issue . Now i am waiting to hear from the support team. If i can redeem my winnings i will definetly keep using real prize .

The first redemption was processed within 24 hours. It has now been 21 days since I requested the second redemption, and it is still pending; while I understand that requests are carefully reviewed, this delay is excessive and has no valid excuse—I am certain the process should easily take no more than four business days. Please get moving on this, as it is a matter of great importance to active consumers.
I will give 5 starts when I received my money.

Every bonus deal sounds so enticing but as soon as you purchase every slot you play becomes a blackhole. Almost like they send you deals to turn all of their slot features off. Hate to say but realprize is now a stay away from site

One of the BEST social casinos I've played. Quick payouts, GREAT customer service! A GREAT experience all around and I highly recommend this site!

Having a hard time cashing out

Big fat joke. Literally I got 15 free spins on a 20 cent bet i won NOTHING. no wins on my new player package either. Just another one that takes and take. Be around raking it in then disappear when ppl start complaining about it.

Man this casino glitchy as hell, got to keep going back and forth to the game because a message keeps popping up saying “game session error” making you lose progress and money! If you’re putting money into this game you crazy!
