Just bought . Mixing 250 grams into 300 Millie’s wolf heart which is the best kibble going .
My male gsd loves the duck and tripe.
He took to it straight away . He seems to have gained some muscle he was 37 kg lean ( big gsd but very lean) now 39 after 2 months . Thumbs up

Good quality dog food
overall am pleased with the speed of service and the quality of the products as well as the packaging when posted, which is designed to keep the meats at a safe temperature during transport. The only gripe I have is the lack of incentives for existing customers such as points or discounts on future orders, or even reduced postal charges for regular orders etc.

Food arrived half defrosted and squishy ?
And said on box must be delivered today and it arrived the next day
So was sat out all night in 24 degrees Till the next morning doesn’t seem right for raw meat… maybe just unlucky with the hot weather
there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE with this company !!!

Tried to speak to them and just got fobbed off saying no date was selected when I ordered it which i disagree I selected a date in the future and they sent it a few days after I placed the order??
I don’t have any of those emails or missed calls chasing up my delivery date which your saying you did ??
Saying I’ve ignored your emails is crap I’ve responded every time
It’s more the point they sent it on a day I didn’t require it and it’s half defrosted when it arrived

Thank you for your comments, however, respectfully, there is a misunderstanding on your part.
Our and DPD records clearly show that your order was dispatched from our premises at -18 degrees, on May 29th at 3:37pm, and arrived at your home the next day, May 30th at 11:10am. Totalling 19.5 hours in transit.
It appears you have misunderstood the DPD label sticker on the box. The label instructs the driver to deliver “today”, meaning the delivery day, which for your order was May 30th.
Your order was packaged in a thermally lined box that retains the thermal integrity of your frozen goods. You have stated that your order arrived “half frozen”; we can only determine from this statement that your goods were still frozen and cold to the touch on receipt, and therefore are safe to be refrozen and fed to your dog. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions which define this.
Our previous email correspondence clearly shows that we have fairly and diligently communicated with you. At no stage have you been ignored; indeed, we have asked some reasonable and fair questions in our efforts to provide further support and understanding, however, you have chosen not to respond to these respectful requests.
