I cannot recommend Rattan Luxe highly enough. From my very first contact, Jon was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He gave excellent advice, listened to what we were looking for and, importantly, never once tried to upsell us. His advice was based entirely on what would work best for us.
Living in the Highlands, I was also pleasantly surprised that delivery of such a large item came without any additional Highlands surcharge. The delivery was arranged efficiently, arrived exactly when promised, and the whole process was completely hassle-free.
Even after the purchase, Jon has continued to be exceptionally helpful, patiently answering my questions and taking the time to make sure I am completely happy with everything.
It is refreshing to experience this level of customer service. Rattan Luxe genuinely puts the customer first, and their customer service is something I honestly believe other companies should aspire to.

I recently bought the Mykonos set in white. It is perfect. Looks smart and it’s really comfortable. Jon was exceptional in his customer service. Kept me informed was so helpful and couldn’t do enough. The whole experience was refreshingly good.
The set was relatively easy to put together once you got the hang of it. It’s sturdy but light and any dirt on the cushions comes off easily. It’s great quality

I am greatly impressed with the assistance and service I have received from this company. My order was delivered within 3 days of my order. The product itself was of excellent quality, but turned out to be just a little small for our purposes, so I decided to return it. The product was collected the very next day and a refund issued the day after that! Really excellent service - thank you Jon!

I’m always a bit nervous about ordering furniture online, but this completely exceeded my expectations. The product itself is fantastic, and the delivery was incredibly fast. But honestly, the real highlight was the customer service. I had a quick question and got a response that was so fast and genuinely personal - not just some robotic template or “computer says no” response. Hands down the best customer service experience I’ve ever had (and I work in retail so have high expectations!). If you’re on the fence about ordering, just go for it! Great company.

Absolutely first class service. Easy online ordering, everything that was described/explained on the website was absolutely 100%. Cannot fault the whole, easy ordering process and the follow up communication through to delivery on the day from the haulage company giving us a 2 hour window of delivery. The reclining chairs are superb quality and the cushions so comfortable. Glad we did our homework and decided to spend a little bit more on quality, ready assembled furniture. The cushions are so comfortable too. Definitely recommend this company for quality, communication and service.

Worth more than 5 stars to me and a long review
After trawling the internet for hours over a long period finally decided to buy from RattanLuxe taking a leap of faith based on the reviews on here.
Well my experience has been fantastic. I contacted them to ask if the furniture would arrive by a certain date if I ordered it. I had a quick response from Jon who assured me that it would and that he would see it through.
I placed the order with everything crossed (not needed)got an email from Jon saying all is going ahead as promised.
The communication was perfect and the garden furniture arrived on time.
The quality is excellent it looks beautiful and it’s comfortable it’s exactly what I wanted.
It’s fairly easy to put together (would have been slightly easier if the sofa sections had letters on) but a minor detail.
The proof will be its life span but we do have the free cover for the wetter colder months which will help to protect it and the 7 year structural guarantee.
Very very impressed.
My neighbour now wants one so I’ve sent her the link and hope you get another order to Leamington Spa

We recently purchased an 8-seater garden furniture set with a table and we couldn’t be happier. Delivery was quick, assembly was straightforward, and the quality is excellent. We’re especially pleased with the fire pit table top, which has been fantastic for summer evenings outdoors. We had been looking for ages to get a large outdoor corner sofa and came across rattan lux website and found just what we were after (the Barcelona with rising table),we were not disappointed the delivery was within 3 days,and we could not fault the quality and service,the item is very well made and the cushions are very deep compared to others we have tried.other companies could learn from rattan luxe on how to treat customers they ware well worth a 5star review

We ordered the Riviera corner set which is amazing! The cushions are super plump and really comfy.
We had a couple of issues with the right bolts for the chair but they were sent really quickly.
The customer service was fantastic, keeping in contact with us to make sure everything arrived.

We bought a corner sofa set & a dining set from Rattanluxe & from the very beginning they were the most customer service focused company I have bought from in a very long time.
