Other than it coming one week later than anticipated I’m over the moon! It’s all perfect really high quality

Rattan Hut took eight months to deliver our furniture. The issue was with the colour of the cushions. I had order beige which they could not supply. They tried to deliver the furniture with the incorrect cushions and we refused. They offered to cancel the order and refund our money with a charge! Eventually we received our furniture which is a good product however the covers that were included in the offer have not been sent. Our issue has been that numerous delivery dates came and went and each time I had to contact them to find out what was happening where they should have been contacting me. Unfortunately the whole experience was extremely frustrating and took the joy out of what should have been an exciting purchase.

Our delivery in December 2025 was missing the “free” egg chair and some sun lounger covers.

Now, 5 months later we still don’t have the egg chair despite numerous e-mails / chats / phone calls. Rattan Hut repeatedly promise it will be dispatched soon or next week!

Their website claims a TrustPilot rating of 4.5/5 but this is totally false as TrustPilot will not rate them due to misuse of data in their marketing!

I would advise steering clear of this company.

Awful service……I’m still waiting for Onar the manager to call me after requesting 6 times! I would not recommend this company from servicing levels especially when the value of goods is high.

We ordered our furniture which I was eventually told it was during a busy period. It wasn’t so much the delay that was frustrating but the lack of information provided to me, if the website stated over a month I then would know!

I waited until day 7 (last delivery day) to contact rattan hut. Which I must say getting through to rattan hut each time was difficult, you have to leave a voicemail and wait to be called which is very frustrating! When they called me back I questioned when my delivery would be as I hadn’t received any email updates - no email to say the items wasn’t stock (even though purchased online - false advertisement!) and needed to wait until they had stock again!
To cut a long story short we had to wait over a month for delivery of our items. I’ve asked 6 times for manager to call me and still nothing and no gesture of good will.

Bought the set 14 months ago. Still haven't received the free egg chair despite them saying it is in stock and will be with me "next week". Was sent an email a few weeks ago saying it was on the way and I didn't have to contact them again. Still no chair.... In other words...stop emailing youre not getting it!! False advertising at its best!!

lack of transparency with lead times, selling sets that are out of stock but you don't know this until you've paid. I paid £2k!!!

Cheltenham set ordered several years ago. Delays to order. “Free egg chair” ordered in grey arrived but it was brown with cream cushions. Rattan Hut wouldn’t exchange. They have a 5 year warranty for products. Said chair’s frame began rusting. Needless to say, although the frame began rusting around 13 months after delivery (please note, we keep the chair under cover for most of the time) they wouldn’t honour the warranty, but promised us a can of spray paint.
This can of paint never arrived.
I then looked up parts of various consumer acts and told them they were in breach of consumer laws.
I was promised, back in 2024, that I would get a replacement within 4-6 weeks. January 2025, I had an email to say the chair was on the way and would arrive within a few weeks. September 2025 - I had an email to say it was arriving within a couple of days. It did not.
October or November, JUST the basket arrived (in grey) but not the frame - which was the part which had rusted.
End of April 2026 - the frame has still not arrived.

Really happy with the furniture… amazing quality and perfect for our home. If you’re prepared to wait then I would recommend, delivery was very slow .. had it been quicker would have rated a 5 as furniture was beautiful.

I was veeeery sceptical about ordering from them given the bad reviews, but my experience has been nothing but positive. Before ordering I asked if the product was in stock (it was) and asked for delivery times (7-10 days). Just over a week later the product arrived and I couldn't be happier with it.
It is slightly on the firm side but very comfortable.
The only complaint I would make is that I heard from the delivery company (a third party) 2 hours before they arrived.. luckily I was at home.

I would not recommend this company for garden furniture. We were assured it would be a 3-5 day delivery but heard nothing for a week. £1800 had left our account and it was very unsettling. Eventually we were told there was a delay and we would need to wait another week. The set arrived by surprise at 9am on a Saturday, no courier got in contact beforehand so we were out, and it was all left on the driveway at the front of our house for the whole day. The set is missing the cover. I have now contacted them but doubt they'll be bothered to help as other people have said, the covers seem to be out of stock yet we weren't told this upon purchase. Definitely avoid!

Love our set…. Just order early as there is a lead in time.

Nearly 3 years down the line and I'm still waiting for the Egg chair I paid an additional £150 for.

Feel like I've been conned by these fly by nights and would advise all to stay clear of them

The service was good on the phone. Furniture great. Delivery was not good slow delivery times so furniture arrived October, not warned all items would be delivered on pallet and therefore would not fit through single gate into garden.

We recently purchased the Cheltenham Aluminium 8 Seater Sofa Set including the fire pit table, and we couldn’t be happier. The quality of the set is excellent, it looks fantastic in our garden.

The fire pit table is great, can be used as a fire pit or a table.

We also had a great experience with customer service throughout the process. The team was helpful, responsive, and made everything smooth from purchase to delivery.

Overall, we’re really pleased and would definitely recommend!

Bought the 8 piece set last year and have been very happy with it. Very easy to change the configuration when needed. The covers kept the set clean and dry over the winter.

Yes they will say that your money is refunded but trust me that’s another 1 of their lies.

Almost £1900 they have stolen from us.

No other option now but to take them to court.

The furniture was good quality. However the service was rubbish. Delivery date was cancelled more than twice and no updates were given I had to contact Rattan hut on both occasions and it was at that point I was told there was a delay. It took almost 5 months to receive the goods.
