Been a customer for coming up to 3 years. Starting this month (May 2026), they decided to start spamming their customers. This would not have been an issue if they stopped after being reached out to. However, they have ignored the initial reach out (AI is not a response). Then, today, a human responded.
They suggested I click links on the spam (a massive no-no) or just block their support email (which sends out legitimate email as well, aka invoices).
The fact that they spam their customers and admit doing so is indisputable (all via emails). Spamming is unethical and immoral. I have cancelled my subscription and am looking a non-spamming provider.

If it had some minus, I wouldn't hesitate.
This RapidSeedbox is best service for people who loves being scammed.
Their 24-hour support is talking to some stupid AI agent.
Their One click install is also shortcut going to hell,
I encourage people not to use it.
This was the worst experience I had among using many seedbox services.
Good value for the money
Good value for the money, at least on the 'Fast' premium plan and the Lean boxes. Those are the 2 levels I've tried so far. Good customer service as well. Since they're in a different country in a different time zone they don't always reply right away. But the service is still excellent and even their bot has helped me fix issues.

Professional support and fast streaming
RapidSeedbox is so far the best seedbox company I've used in the past few years. Their support is always fast to reply, and the product itself is kickass and noob-friendly.
I've been recently emailed about a datacenter issue, but I guess that's everywhere the last two months. They were polite about it and generously compensated me for the 2-day timeout.
They also expect you to know how to use the Linux for some features to work, but Ronal was kind enough to walk me through it when my previous host told me to pound sand.
Very happy with the service

You can argue about seed box features and speeds and all those technical details. This review is specifically for their customer service. This is the third time in 3 years I've needed a question answered. They were quick, accurate, and technical. It wasn't "restart, clear cache, check router... blah blah blah." Of course I did all of that. Instant solution and also, Spectrum sucks as a broadband provider. RapidSeedbox had an instant work around for Spectrum's latest crap.

Good value for the price(s). Never goes down, of course. Excellent customer service. Even the AI chatbot is great and can answer complex questions.

Excellent subnet leasing service. If you need IPv4 or IPv6 networks for your data center or VPS hosting business, this is the team to work with.
Their technical support is responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. They also offer special terms for larger clients. I have no complaints at all—only positive things to say.
If you have a large, long-term order, you can speak directly with the owner and work out custom terms.

Robbed of $9
Paid for service, did not receive service. Invoice says paid, didn't receive my seedbox. The bot tells me to wait 10 minutes for the service to connect after payment. Several hours later, still no service. I wait overnight, still nothing. I try to connect to human support chat and am ignored. I try to contact support via email and am ignored. Eventually I just opened a dispute with paypal. Zero stars.

I canceled my seedbox two days after…
I canceled my seedbox two days after purchasing it. It has been 30 days and I still haven't received my refund. Their policy states that if I cancel within 14 days, I am eligible for a refund. However, support has not provided any solution yet

Absolutely atrocious
Absolutely atrocious, horrid service and support, when you first join they're all over you with support, but once through the teething stages you are all on your own, they will leave you hanging for days , even weeks, deplorable, disgusting, brutally cold and inhuman, nothing but a rip off, just leaving things running on fumes, to much ergonomics causing them to lose the human element, looks like the company is suicidal, I will run them down to throngs of people until they are no more, really insane people, lost the plot like their friend Grant from crappboxco, their arrogance will be their downfall, ditto.
[EDIT] Supplementary in response to Rapidseedbox's BS damage control reply: Now you are lying for the sake of damage control, suggesting I post something private here for the world to see (maybe you guys are spending too much time at those Amsterdam cafes), Sergey is ignorant, no cooperation it's all about him, he doesn't even refer a support case to someone more cooperative and better skilled, probably just a procedure sheet monkey, and what about Yuri, does he also not care, ripping people off leaving his service severely under resourced running off the smell of an oily rag when what it needs is a tank of fuel.
I'm not the only one suffering due to this kind of treatment and lack of support, you people must want the company to fold, maybe rename the company "Snailseedbox" but then again repackaging like your friend from seedboxco now appboxco didn't serve it's intended purpose, lol, same thing just worse now, wake up.

The service is basic but very good…
The service is basic but very good overall. It would be nice to have automated provisioning of IP blocks, without having to send an email or use the web chat. Being able to change the "org" field on the RIPE side of the blocks we rent would also be useful.

I've been a costumer for about 2 years
I've been a costumer for about 2 years. There's been a number of issues affecting access to my seedbox for the past couple weeks and I'm only JUST NOW (due to contacting support) finding out that it's due to EVERYTHING being down (this should've been an email) and they're not sure if they can even save all the data (again, SHOULD HAVE EMAILED THIS OUT WHEN IT HAPPENED)
I'm on the Stream tier for context (approx $33 a month) This is HORRIBLE service, especially since I'm supposedly PAYING for one of the top tiers, yet apparently they thought it was perfectly okay to just NOT SAY ANYTHING about this going on. (I only got ONE email on friday saying that my server was being migrated, which it STILL HASN'T, and I had to contact support to get the actual story and that I might not even have what was saved on my seedbox anyway) IDK why they thought it'd work out better to just NOT inform users that this was going on, but I'm not sticking with this service. It's WAY too expensive to have it sit unusable and then find out that everything is probably just GONE anyway. (I was using it for streaming stuff that's pretty much unavailable and hard to track down)
