We had an amazing experience at the resort.The ambience was nice , the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hospitality was good. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable getaway.

The property was really good. We had spent some quality time in the resort. Advisor Monica helped us booking property and the booking process was smooth.

I recently took a five-year membership with Roa Holidays and chose Hyderabad for our first trip. Initially, I had some difficulty getting the reservation, but after speaking with the concerned team, everything was arranged perfectly and on time.

Totally Disappointed with there services. I have Bought There 3 year Membership package (Id 10213) in September 2023 .
Before Buying There services they gives You assurance For best Customer Service Experience. But in Reality it's completely Waste of Money and spoiler For Your Holidays Mood.

Whenever you asked For booking there answer is always same Sorry For un-convenience Your booking can not be completed due to un availability of property In Mentioned Location kindly change dates and location ... They even do not had Availability in Rishikesh, McleodGanj , Dharmshala ,kasoli like common tourist places.
Despite so much Follow-ups i am able to use only 8 nights out of 18 nights package. There Toll Free customer care Executives are So Use less. They always had only one line 'we will raised your request Further you get reply within 48 hours'. But never getting any reply or Resolve. When we asked For Complaint id thanthey said there is no Complaints id or supervisior Contact email id. I am not getting any Booking from continously from Last 4 Times Request .

* In short User Never Recovered even His paid price through the provided Nights in Full Membership*

It's a totally fraud company they don't give you booking on time ,they promise alot but they don't fulfill ment , customer care operator have only one sentence may date available nahi ha .
Don't buy this ,completely waste of money .

Excuse that's why I say you fraud ,we have only use 8 nights in total how can you say that we have use 14 ,I challenge openly to share my details of 14nights I have used along with hotel id ,which we use to give will check in .

It was a great experience with Rao holidays and they have been helped us and guided very well it was our first trip in package n it was great n crazy experience we had. we have been enjoyed alot from the veerajpette The Club Mahindra. The experience was great n actually my wife was pregnant n the service give by them was soo good. The on time response from Rao holidays n they wear asking is everything going good or not the care taken by them was too good overall loved with there service n concern. We would like to continue our relationship with Rao holidays . Waiting for the further trips with them .

I had booked A Hotel through Rao holidays using my membership in Chikmagalur. Vividus Sleek CN which was exactly same as shown in the photos. I'm very happy with Rao holidays as there was no issue during the stay. Everything was clearly communicated in advance.
I'm bit disappointed with the booking process though. As everything will be conducted through email, it's response is very much delayed, it would be better if they replied fast. I would appreciate if there is any alternate option like calling before booking to clarify the doubts and easy booking process without inconvenience.

Rao Holidays have been providing good service so far. I am a member from 2023 and have utilized 12 nights so far and 2 planned in Oct. The kind of property provided are all 4 star category. The once I have enjoyed ao far are

2. Sterling Resort (Munnar)
3. Hotel Krishna (Goa)
4. Hotel Summit (Goa)
5. De Bangkok (Bangkok)
6. Lalith Mahal (Mysore)

I would say that customer service is good, we have someone who respond when you call. I would like to give special appreciation to Prashanth/Poojitha/Monica at Bangalore office.

Bought a holiday package from Rao Holidays and just returned from an incredible trip to Coorg in Club Mahindra Madikeri. The property was beautiful, filled with coffee plantations, pools, and adventure activities like ATV rides. Booking through Rao Holidays made the luxury stay extremely smooth and value for money. Will definitely book again!

I dont know from where Rao Holidays is getting all “5 star” reviews from? These people are absolute scam and fraud. I paid 30,000 INR for their Domestic package and so far received 0 INR worth of service. They do not have any professionalism. They only pitch you idea very beautifully by asking you to come to a Cafe Coffee Day or some 4 star hotel and then they disappear. I hope justice will be done and these absolute fraud scumbags deserve what they are worth.

I rarely write reviews, but this "company" (and I use that term loosely) deserves every bit of public exposure. I paid ₹2,50,000 for a 10-year membership (Member ID: 21020) based on explicit verbal promises that this was an INTERNATIONAL package covering "all countries in the world except Pakistan." The membership confirmation letter I hold in my hands confirms the tenure (19/12/2025–18/12/2035), 70 nights total.

THE BAIT-AND-SWITCH:
* Sales pitch: "International package, worldwide coverage except Pakistan."
* Reality after payment: "We've held international bookings for 4 months."
* Excuse offered: "Government is requesting to reduce unnecessary international travel" — a blatant lie. There are ZERO mandatory travel restrictions.
* When pressed: "Email us, but we won't process it anyway."
* Email response: "Your destination is out of our network of properties."
* Same agent, next call: "Oh, we can do Bali, Thailand. just not Europe."
* Shifting goalposts on booking timelines: The T&C in the membership letter clearly states 15 days' prior intimation for bookings. But every single time I called, the agent invented a new number — 30 days, then 45 days, then 60 days. No consistency, no written policy, just arbitrary barriers thrown up to stall and deny. The contract says 15; they enforce whatever number protects them that day.

So the "global network" magically shrinks to Southeast Asia the moment you ask for what you were sold. The goalposts don't just move, they vanish.

ZERO PROFESSIONALISM:
* No timely response after payment; radio silence.
* No professional email communication ever received.
* Agents contradict themselves on recorded calls.
* "As you wish, email us" is not customer service; it's dismissal.
* The membership letter states booking requests need 15 days' notice; they don't even acknowledge the request, let alone process it.

THE FINANCIAL HIT:
₹2,50,000 gone. Non-refundable per their terms (conveniently highlighted). Annual maintenance of ₹2,999/year on top. For a product that does not exist in the form it was sold.

This isn't a "service gap". This is deliberate misrepresentation. They sell a global product, collect MONEY, then invent excuses to deny the core benefit. The moment money hits their account, the promises evaporate.

If you're considering Rao Holidays / Raoholidays.in — walk away. Save your money. Save your peace of mind. This is a textbook scam operation wrapped in a membership letter.

The complimentary service provided was very good and booking was done on time awaiting to see membership services

I had taken a membership from Rao Holidays by paying Rs. 57,000/- on 03/05/2023. In my experience, certain services and commitments initially represented were not provided thereafter. Hence I requested for refund.My refund request was also denied.

I therefore approached the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Satara. The Hon’ble Commission passed an order dated 17/03/2026 in my favor directing refund along with litigation expenses and interest.

Consumers are advised to carefully verify all promises, written terms, refund conditions and service commitments before taking membership, so that you don't have to go through what I had been through.
